You are a great being endowed with valid cognition, that is related. If so, the one called the instigator by Dharma and non-Dharma is also. The self is the one endowed with qualities such as permanence. To welcome and prevent the doubts of others is: if the lord of all sentient beings is not the maker of all fruits, because for the fruits such as mountains, the act of thinking for the sake of some sentient beings is not observed, that is its meaning. If it is understood in this way, then at that time, the almighty is also the maker of all, where is it necessary to speak of the maker? Because not observing it in that way is common. The creation of hands and so on, because the other party does not admit it himself, it should be said that there is only admission, and this is also refuted, because the unreasonable behavior is seen. Therefore, all fruits are born only by its blessing, because the power of things is inconceivable, only that much remains. If that is the case, then what fault is there in all the selves bound by the net of views doing everything themselves? Because here too it can be said that the power of things is inconceivable. When the power is determined as the basis, it is not reasonable to doubt others. Because this is groping in the dark. What is the prevention for other discriminations without harm? Even so, many selves will make one mountain and so on, because it is born of common karma, it will also become such a distinction. If so, this distinction will become an extreme, if it is said so, then many mountains and so on are also made by one self, it will also become such a distinction, because there is no valid cognition that harms both. It is not certain that only one mountain and so on has been made. Others, in what way, welcome and eliminate the doubt that there is one author is: or others and so on. If there is any merit in establishing one author for everything? This author is said. Therefore, in order to achieve the meaning of obvious desire. Approaching and respecting.

It means "it is so." If one thinks that just being omniscient is worthy of veneration, then (the answer is) just being all-knowing. Because it is not the doer of everything, it does not have the power of giving the supreme, etc. The so-called "even if all-knowing" means even if it possesses the qualities of doing everything, etc. Why is that? Because there is no need, because the need is small. How is it thought that the need is small? "The sugar maker," it is said, this is famous in the case of mixing reason and unreason. That which is said itself refers to uncertainty in meaning and function. If it is a conceptual thought, then it is only reasonable to benefit others, but that only occasionally does some beneficial things, and meaningless things do all sorts of things, so it is a mixed action, therefore, there is only a small benefit for this. Therefore, for the sake of the fruit of the supreme giving, for the sake of omniscience itself, it is meaningless to seek one doer of everything. Like this, excluding "this author is the main one" etc., it is explained to express the meaning of the previous verse. If it is established as all-knowing, it can do everything, and if it can do everything, it is the author of everything, and even if it is the author of everything, it will become a cycle because it is the knower of everything. Previously, it was said to be interdependent only because of relying on the certainty of the difference in order, if so, even relying on things, it will become a cycle from what others say. Wanting one doer of everything, if it is not so, it will not become omniscient, it is said, because with all knowledge, it shows the action of all doers. Another refutation is that even though potters etc. are not all knowers, they are seen as the makers of pots etc. From the example of the nature of pots etc. themselves, how can the author of all wisdom be established for tastes etc.? It can only be established as not all-knowing. If this kind of difference and contradiction is easy to find in all inferences? Must all authors become all-knowing?
