This is a relative statement. The phrase "because of difference" refers to the difference in being similar to the object or manifestly tending towards the object itself. Because of aversion to the aspect, it is also necessary to posit some difference that depends on itself, namely, the "establishment" from which the difference of the object can be understood. The expression of different cognitions is "blue." The meaning is "without interruption, it is not a capability." When the aspect is the same, at that time it is the knowledge of one's own nature that is similar to the object, and not another material self. Therefore, how can one know outside of the aspect? Therefore, it is said, "knowing its aspect." The knowledge that knows its aspect is the knowledge of blue. Therefore, the difference in cognition lies in the difference in aspect. Therefore, it is said that the result is also twofold, namely, the so-called "fruit of valid cognition." For the aspectless, the realization of the meaning itself is the result; for the aspected, it is also the same relative to those who are free from deliberation. For those who possess deliberation, only the realization of one's own nature is the realization of the meaning. Therefore, the establishment of the object depends solely on the fruit of valid cognition, and this statement is established. The source of the citation is "as it is said." If the difference of the object is known from the difference of the aspect, then what help is there for the case where knowledge is valid cognition? Therefore, it is said, "the aspect of the object is also." "This will also be explained below" refers to contemplating valid cognition and the result. Others say "if," it should be understood as being related to the eye, etc. It is like "the aspect is also not related," etc. What clarifies this meaning is "how," etc. The phrase "because it is not different" is because it is not different from cognition. For "the one who accomplishes the excellent," "in the aspect" is the remaining part. If even so, one is unwilling to admit that the eye, etc., are the agents, then it is said, "by the one who accomplishes the excellent." Because it is not the one who accomplishes the excellent, the faculties, etc., are not the agents, this is the meaning. How does one become the one who accomplishes the excellent? In order to accomplish

Thus it is said, it is what the Supreme One said. Becoming a teacher is to contemplate the valid cognition and the result. If the eye and so on are not the agent. Then, this is the question. The answer is, because the result, which is seeing, is attributed to the cause, which is the eye and so on. For example, a thief, thus it is said. For example, even if a village is burned by the fire set by a thief, it is said that the thief burned it, similarly, although the object is seen by the direct perception arising from the eye and so on, it is said that the eye and so on see it. Because it is connected with the aspect that has become the nature of knowledge, the distinction of the object is distinguished and established. And, if there is no understanding, then the action of seeking the result will not occur. Therefore, knowledge is a valid cognition, this is the conclusion. If it is only understanding, or only action, it is not a valid cognition, because it also exists in inverted knowledge. However, what is obtained by making understanding produce action is only the manifestation of intention, which is a valid cognition, because seeking the result seeks the valid cognition, when there is this doubt, in order to show that it is not the ultimate valid cognition, but the conventional valid cognition, it is "if" and so on. How is it, it is thought to be direct perception or inference. To this, first, the first view is dispelled, which is "first". Again, why is direct perception not obtained? It is said to be "self-awareness", so-called self-awareness, because the direct perception of the senses and so on does not merge into the nature of knowledge. However, if a determination arises that distinguishes whether self-awareness direct perception is a valid cognition or not, then at any time it will not be deceived or have doubt, because this exists in all knowledge, to show this, it is "that is born".
