Beauty is not like that, because "removing the net of distinctions" and so on only explain the result. Furthermore, if that were the case, then those two would also be explained. Therefore, these two verses were composed by the commentator. Therefore, if this chapter is indeed the third, and like the cited scripture, it is merely the initial explanation, then at that time, the meaning of the beginning of all explanations and the two subsequent verses will become meaningless. If all of this is indeed the author's work, then since any desired meaning can transcend the order, why doesn't the initial explainer do it from the beginning? This is difficult to refute. If it is said that the order of doing things should be like that, then the order of explanation is also the same, so it is the same. For wanting to obtain special benefits by being able to transcend the order of explanation, but not being able to transcend the order of doing things, one should take drinking oath water as proof. If even so, how can the two verses of explanation that appear to be fundamental be fundamental? If one makes prostrations in the first chapter, then also does so in the second, what is that like? This fault does not exist, because in the appropriate expressed quantity, the nature of generating respect also arises, and the verse that is remembered in the mind is what throws itself into the treatise that expresses it, and propels it, and the part of the treatise that is propelled by it, subsequently inferring what is to be expressed initially, will also become the beginning of the work. In order for oneself and others to accomplish without obstacles, it is necessary to make offerings to the Bhagavan, because it is empty of that. For other orders, since the composition of "Valid Cognition" and so on itself has protectors, it is not established as emptiness. Or, even if the verses are made by the commentator, they are also written in the root in some places, because there is no author, and because the author is the same, they are relied upon in some ways, and thus they are spread. For that very reason, since they are not explained, there is no fault of being difficult to establish like other orders. Therefore, if the former ones say that other orders are wrong, then they themselves are very wrong.

Therefore, it is shown in the teachings themselves. Furthermore, even if it is pointed out that there are very great errors in the profound aspects such as the subject matter, one should not doubt the scope of those who are merely proficient in letters. If that were the case, how could there be errors in the subject matter even when directly listening to the learned master Lhawang Lodro? Because the ability to grasp "this says this" does not diminish even in children. Therefore, how can it be said that this explains Dignāga's *Collection of Reasoning*? Therefore, how can there be errors in this very coarse matter, and how can there not be errors in the order of the chapters as well? It is like washing away impurity with impurity. Even for those who listen directly and are called wise, it is difficult to obtain the certainty that "this explains this." What can be used as an example? If it is said that the powerful master of learning, Jñānagarbha, is hidden, and it is impossible to say that this is a commentary on the scriptures, then if one wants to say that this is also the case due to the reversal of the order, then there is no fault of example at that time. There, your ability to explain and interpret is extremely thorough. What is the ultimate meaning here? Only in this very coarse meaning, saying that this is what Dignāga's *Collection of Reasoning* says, in such a nature, if one says that listening directly to Lhawang Lodro is not valid, or even if one makes it valid, can one not eliminate the reputation of not being an interpreter? Here, some say that because his reasoning can lead what is called "the object to be clarified" to another place, vowing to be a commentary on the *Ornament of the Scriptures* is only to show off one's own erudition, and it is not that one does not want to be a commentary on Dignāga's *Collection of Reasoning*, so there is no fault in that. Others say that this is unbearable, so it should be determined from this treatise itself that this is the treatise for this, because it is not reliable elsewhere. Although this is known, the fault remains latent. If that is the case, then just as one creates a commentary, does creating a sub-commentary also freely become the scripture itself? If one promises that it is what the learned master said, then following his wishes...
