Having contemplated on one side of purity, if asked, how can others be abandoned? The explanation for this is that by merely eliminating one side, it becomes established that others are also eliminated, and similar statements have been made. Like this, the first two verses merely clarify the elimination of the side of pure action. The third verse is that, abandoning the exhortation related to pure exhortation and action, and the action related to exhortation, and the aspects of relation and collection, because sentient beings who possess action at all times are unknowable, and are uncommon. If it is also possible to say this in other places, then in those places, each will be refuted, so there is no fault. The fourth verse is that, it eliminates the ninth view that says one is necessarily liberated from the nature of both. However, because in this aspect, Dharma is necessarily conjoined, in order to show the subject of Dharma, when one desires offering or heaven to be necessarily conjoined, if one argues how the nature of Brahma is necessarily conjoined, then, to the answer of just having washed the feet, suspecting that Brahma itself is the action, the remaining verses will refute it. Even so, it is thought that merely by speaking of the discrimination of Brahma, one has spoken in that way. If the necessary conjunction that desires the world to appear is not a Dharma to be necessarily conjoined, or if it is called having necessary conjunction in this way, then, if one asks, is the one who necessarily conjoins not the author of speech? The answer is yes. If this is acknowledged, then, because there will be no confusion about the author of the action, the action of the one who necessarily conjoins is also the desire of the world itself, which possesses realization. Therefore, it is thought that it has cut off what is completely unrelated. If one says "this necessary conjunction" etc. in four verses, then it eliminates the fifth and sixth views, of which the first verse is a repetition of the manner of the fifth discrimination, and half of the second verse is a refutation, the explanation is as before. This also eliminates the sixth discrimination, because it shows that the exhorter is the author. The doubt and answer here are easy to understand. If
