Etc. The one who makes the definite connection is the intellect. Moreover, since it is permanent, there is no need to treat it specially, so its dharma also becomes permanent. Saying "it is like that" is to establish and establish. Saying "the valid cognition becomes meaningless" means that the intellect is a valid cognition because it makes people enter into the manifest desired establisher by means of making the definite connection understood. If, for one's own body, the other establishments after the intellect continue uninterrupted, then, since it is not entering into external objects, it is thought that admitting it as a valid cognition is meaningless. However, etc., by establishing that others enter, the intellect has meaning, therefore establishing the tenet of valid cognition. The meaning is that even if it is the dharma of the one who makes the definite connection, if it does not depend on others and becomes merely that nature, then, if it is already established, it still needs to be established, then such a fault will occur. However, if it depends on the object to be definitely connected and the object, then the definite connection will become like that. Showing that it depends on the object to be definitely connected and the object is to say, apart from the object to be definitely connected, etc. Stating the reason is like this, etc. Saying "this object is for this" is because it is related to the author, so it shows that it is necessary to rely on those two, becoming more excellent. Also, how is it necessary to rely on both without doubt? It is said "because of what," etc., meaning that if there is no object, it is unreasonable to be an exhortation. Similarly, the object to be definitely connected that manifests desire, that is, the desire to obtain a high position, will also undoubtedly understand that oneself is the object to be definitely connected, because if there is no exhortation, exhortation is also unreasonable. Like this, although the three have a characteristic relationship of mutual dependence, if it is already established, it should be subsequently established, then, for this, how should one answer? Such a definite connection is also said. The three are established by mutual dependence. If there is a connection, then, what if

Moreover, a person also engages in what is to be accomplished. If asked how to guide, the answer is that "one's own actions" and so on are mentioned. If it is said that because of this, one can participate, so is it a valid cognition (pramāṇa)? The answer is that because it refutes, it also leads to errors and doubts, and mere participation is not a valid cognition. However, if it comes from understanding the nature of things, and one thinks that it does not exist either, then "if that is the case" and so on are said. The meaning of element is action, which is the object of activities such as making offerings. Definite combination is the nature of the person who is definitely combining. The practitioner is the instigator, the author of language. Through these mutually related characteristics, that is, the object of knowledge is what is to be accomplished, those who speak of definite combination will also become definite combiners, that is the meaning. At the time of understanding, it refers to the time of understanding the meaning of language. Because there is not, it means that even if there is not a single related object, it is because there is not. Its association does not admit to being a definite combination, however, for the purpose of establishing itself, it is said that only the other meaning of definite combination is the definite combination. If one suspects that association is a definite combination, this is only your assumption, so the meaning of element and so on are said. If the association of the meaning of element and so on becomes the meaning itself, then why does it become without an object? The answer is that order and so on are said. The author of language produces human behavior, and human behavior produces offerings and so on. Therefore, the author of language and so on, which have order and are the cause and effect, how can association appear if it is not recognized? Before, it was said that because there was not a single related object, now it is said that even though all related objects exist now, that is the difference. If even without a single related object, the nature of non-association will appear, then how can it become without an object if association is the meaning of language? To this question, appearing as one's own nature is
