It is approximated as like the earth. Or, if considering the person, then the producer of valid cognition ( प्रमाण ,pramāṇa, valid cognition) itself is actually valid cognition. It has been proven that this does not exist for Īśvara and others. Therefore, those who do not understand that knowledge abides as valid cognition through non-deception ask: How is it? If that proving knowledge is the enterer, then how is that valid cognition known at that time? "Itself is valid cognition" is the remainder. It is thought that because the accomplishment of the action is not apparent, there is doubt about non-deception. This is called below the occasion of "from the term, itself is valid cognition." If arguing by understanding the accomplishment of the action, etc., then the Brahmin says: "As it is said: How is the very first knowledge? Depending on non-deception, it changes? Likewise, through non-deception, also non-deception must be sought." As it is said. In the tenet, the knowledge appearing as the accomplishment of the action, because it is valid cognition only by itself, it is not without end, it has been shown. Approximating the accomplishment of the action for others is the distinction. The meaning is this: If the action accomplishment knowledge is determined as non-deception, and can also prove others as valid cognition, then why is the self not valid cognition? If it is not through different non-deception that valid cognition is shown? Then, why is it said that the knowledge appearing as the accomplishment of the action is valid cognition from itself? For the need, the ability to accomplish the action exists, because it is said universally "non-deception." Therefore, there is no fault of pervasion, that is its meaning. If so, the knowledge of non-deception is valid cognition from itself, then if someone thinks that itself is valid cognition, then who will seek non-deception? The very first is such a thing, through what cause is it very apparent? Statement: If the knowledge appearing as the accomplishment of the action, by merely arising can eliminate the doubt of the previous knowledge, just like eliminating the doubt about error, then the very first is also like that, what fault would there be at that time? However, at the time of the very first arising, one cannot distinguish between valid cognition and non-valid cognition. If it exists when accustomed? If it is so, the very first is such a thing, through what cause is it very hateful? And "all valid cognitions are valid cognition from themselves."

It should be considered as such. It should not be said for the sake of understanding. If one is accustomed, since oneself is a valid means of cognition, one does not rely on non-deception. If one says so, it is not like that. There, one does not rely on the non-deception that will arise. If one does not rely on the former, it will not become a habit. Because one does not rely on the latter, it is said to arise from oneself. Therefore, there is no fault of non-pervasion. Thus, having abandoned non-pervasion by relying on the knowledge of non-deception, one welcomes the doubt of being too pervasive with "if" and so on. Non-pervasion is also stated by the difference of the object, that is, "with sound as the object." If there is not, from where does it come? It is said, "From oneself and others." The nature of sound itself is not functional, because it is the nature of the object. Sound also does not have another function to be obtained, because it ceases as soon as it is spoken. Thus, having eliminated the definition of non-deception, in order to conclude the definition of one's own desire without fault, it is said, "Therefore." Dreams and the cognition of yellow are valid means of cognition because they are harmful, and that which has sound as its object is valid because it is not harmful. Appearances as pictures and appearances as functional, etc., are also the same, which is what others think. It is said that the immediately following non-pervasion is temporarily avoided, that is, "Thus, that which arises from sound is also." In order to show manifest desire. "Because" etc., if now it is attainment, because all manifest desires are attained, therefore, just like that, the meaning of completely fulfilling the desire. If the knowledge that arises from sound and focuses on meaning, is it not also called arising from sound? What should be taken here? Because there is this doubt, it is said, "with sound as the object." The word "also" shows the collection of what is not said. "For others" refers to pictures, etc. If one relies on non-deception, is it not just possessing the fruit of complete fatigue? Therefore, it is good to say, "The wisdom of the nature of cognition is a valid means of cognition." If one doubts that it is mistaken, because the difference of not being harmful is completely perfect, if one doubts like this, it is said, "This meaning is."
