Because it is manifested. If that is the case, then the sun has the shape of a palace, and the appearance of light at night exists even without a lamp. If one investigates, then one would be admitting the meaning itself, because the meaning is the cognition of blue and so on. If one says that the appearance of blue was previously held together with the appearance of yellow, but now it appears separately and is distinguished, then that is not reasonable, because at the previous time, seeing does not enter. However, Whatever appears, Is experienced as such. For that which is to be known, the cognition also changes in that way, the cognition that appears to have both blue and yellow shapes, and in other cases only the blue shape, will be experienced as having both shapes and having one shape, so it should be understood as being different from others. Here, it should be recognized that the cognitions that appear before and after are not the same, but different, because the nature of the cognition that arises now does not enter into hidden things. Therefore, saying that there is experience, the previous cognition does not enter. If one says that through the previous experience, one knows through memory, then no, because memory is not a valid cognition. If one says that the memory that arises from seeing is a valid cognition, then no, even though memory arises from experience, it cannot be a valid cognition for the same thing, just like this, because there is no memory at the time of experience. The memory produced by the power of experience itself is not seen, and the arising of memory produced by experience does not realize the experience, because the experience is not seen at that time. Seeing the previously experienced makes memory meaningless, because seeing itself exists at that time. Therefore, the various things that exist in the cognition that appears as different are actually the same, because they cannot be distinguished. If one says that because the external world cannot be shown to be different, it will become the same, then when one sentient being sees various things, these things will appear different to other beings, so it is not the external world. If one says that the same thing held by others also appears to others, then,

However, the various appearances of external objects will be clearly shown to be distinct from each other. If it is said that for one person, the various things that appear are the same, while for other causes, what appears is different, then for each individual, because they can definitely see their own self-awareness, only consciousness is real. Commentary on the Pramāṇavārttika, Volume Eleven. "Therefore, the aspect of mind becomes the nature of one of many." That is to say, whatever various aspects are related to the mind become one. If consciousness itself is abandoned, then it is not non-dual. Therefore, happiness and so on, and the various aspects of blue and so on that appear to oneself, are all one. Or rather, it is not that various things appear, because various things are regarded as various. Therefore, the distinction between various and non-various does not exist. Self-awareness itself remains as one and non-dual. How the difference between the grasped and the grasper disappears will be explained in this way. If it is said that, just as it appears as variegated, what fault is there if cloth and so on are also one? The answer is: "If cloth and so on are one form, then there will be no difference. When the differentiated is abandoned, others who are undifferentiated are not seen." That is to say, if cloth and various variegated fragments and so on are not one form, then, just as the various things that appear in its consciousness, they will become without difference. If difference is not seen, then the form of variegated cloth will become the very nature of consciousness, because it is of the same nature as consciousness. Just as consciousness cannot be seen by others, nor can it go to another time, nor can it be obstructed, so it is with external objects. In this way, because consciousness itself is the nature of self-awareness, when the meanings of the parts appear without difference, the form of variegated cloth will also become without difference. As it is said, consciousness is like a whole with undifferentiated parts. To this it is answered: If the difference of the forms of the parts is abandoned, then the undifferentiated nature of the other whole is not seen, because it is not seen, so it cannot be said to exist, nor can it be said to be different, the parts
