can see. If others cannot see it, it is because there is no such cause. If you say so, here it says: How can the true seer see, how can the senses be impaired? To this question, how can the true, that is, the true object, such as the circle of the flame of a lamp, etc., be said to be impaired? Because seeing what is not true is called the eye being impaired. If it is also thought that seeing the true is also the impairment of the senses, then at that time, the consciousness of seeing a pot, etc., should also be considered impaired. In this way, the nature of the senses being impaired is not seeing the object, and from the result of seeing it, it cannot be said that it is not impaired. Seeing its result, whether it is a true object or a bad object, is the same for all situations. Everyone's eyes will become unclear. Therefore, the consciousness seen by the impaired eye is not a true seer. Or, because the true circle is also seen like other things, is it said that the senses are impaired? Here it says: If the eye is purified by a cataract, then that eye root will become clear, what is the fault that the object seen by others is not clear to him? To this question, if a person has purified his eyes because of a cataract, then why would that eye, which can see the circle of a lamp flame, etc., later feel that the objects seen by others with their senses, such as pots, etc., are unclear? Since he can see what others have not seen, how can he not see what others can see?

When attending, one can realize the power of another. Therefore, the other is not the cause, how can the non-cause be in the object? As it is said, other than appearances, it is only the power of the lamp that is focused on, not the mandala. Therefore, the mandala and other things are not the cause, how can the non-cause become the object of one's own consciousness? If it is said that it is the object because of appearance, but not by its own nature? The appearance is the nature of consciousness, as shown. If it is said that the power of the mandala lies in self-awareness, so it is the object? If that is the mind stream, why rely on the lamp? As it is said, if the mandala and so on are the cause of the mind that appears as the mandala and so on, why do the mandala and so on need to rely on the lamp? Because it generates consciousness together with other lamps. If it is said that the mandala and the lamp are the cause of the consciousness that appears as the mandala? In response to that: Only the lamp has mind, and the two do not become the cause. As it is said, only the lamp itself, even if the mandala covers one side, but because there is the mind of the mandala, both the mandala and the lamp are not the cause. If it is said that the mandala born at that time becomes the nature of brightness because it can appear? If it is said that seeing makes it bright? That is not the case, when it is born to be able to appear, what does seeing do? Because simultaneous things have no effect, as shown. After that, the confused consciousness is accomplished with aspects. For example, just as a lamp is with light, so is the eye with the nature of appearing outwards. If it is said that light is different from the lamp? Although it is different, that light is not illuminated by the lamp, just like the lamp. Similarly, here too, because form is not illuminated by the eye, the consciousnesses that are different from the eye and form do not exist, because there is no measure. The eye and form themselves are the consciousness blessed by self-awareness. Such a transformed consciousness

Because of clinging to completely speculate elsewhere, it is established as a consciousness with two modes. However, even if it is admitted that mistaken knowledge is with an image, non-mistaken knowledge is without an image. If it is said that, for it, there is also an appearing object, then, due to the differences of near and far, brightness and the brightness of the eye are not allowed. If that appearance changes from being different, then, whether it is obscured or not obscured, seeing or not seeing will become the same. Thus it is said. If the object itself is with an image, and exists in front as the object to be grasped by imageless knowledge, then, since it will appear by its own nature, it should not be that knowledge appears as brightness and the brightness of the eye due to the differences of near and far. Since it is also experienced as appearing as bright and not bright images, therefore, the difference of appearing as bright and not bright images, such as other appearances like blue, is not. Therefore, the external blue and so on are the knowledge that has become bright and not bright, not the object. However, because of the object itself, due to the difference of near and far, the appearance is different, and for appearing as bright and not bright, there are also two understandings: the appearance is either obscured or not obscured. For the unobscured appearance, all things located far away will be seen equally, and the obscured will not be seen equally. However, if the object is obscured due to different appearances, therefore its own nature does not appear and is not seen, and if it is not obscured, then its own nature appears and appears equally, even so, how will it appear as bright and not bright? If due to weak appearance, therefore some of its small parts are not seen, so it is different. That is to say, if there are some small parts of the limbs of the object located far away, because that appearance is weak, therefore the beings located far away do not see it, therefore, because the appearance is weak, the brightness and non-brightness of the small parts not being seen are different. Here the answer is given: the external object is unique, why is seeing and not seeing different? Are the dust particles not different? Seeing and not seeing are different due to obstruction. For this, it is admitted that the external object with limbs is unique.
