Then, is it to choose in order to do this? Here it says: From the attachment to special bliss, if it is contrary to it, then there will be attachment. For those who are greedy for special bliss, slightly abandon bliss. Without intention, we enter from how we obtain it. Women are not obtained, just like seeing animals having sex. This is saying that if one obtains special bliss that is not disturbed by suffering, in order to obtain special bliss, one will be separated from attachment to poisonous food that is contrary to special bliss, and the bodies of pigs, etc. When the object of special bliss is not obtained, because there are no other aspects, one will not abandon the object of how one obtained it, but will enter from attachment to the owner of the object, for example, if a man who is extremely attached and intoxicated by desire does not have a woman, just like seeing animals having sex, if there is no special body, one will envy the bodies of pigs, etc. Therefore, it is not because there is a self that samsara is explained. Furthermore, those who are separated from behavior will be born into a state of non-discrimination because of their greed for non-special bliss. If one is separated from desire from the behavior itself? Then, the behavior itself will become the cause of suffering, therefore, one should be separated from attachment from it. If behavior is necessarily produced from the power of the cause, then, even if one realizes no-self, because behavior will not turn back, seeing no-self will not become liberation, if so, the habituation of self will also not exist, if it is like the self that is the basis of happiness, suffering, and desire is cultivated, then, from what will one be completely purified? If it is said that this is done by the actions of a person to remove faults, that is not so, just as even if charcoal is wiped, it will not turn white, how can a person who is stained by inherent faults such as greed be purified by the efforts of a person? One cannot prevent oneself from being sinful, how can the sinful become sinless? If it is purified in that way, it will become other than the sinful. That said: Whatever clinging to self, such as

Thus, it is desired to destroy it. As it is said, if I am not inherently flawed, how can I become flawed even if I possess desire and so on? Because possessing a staff does not make Devadatta the staff. A person without the reasoning of desire and so on cannot possibly be a desirous person. But if one knows that one is desirous through separate desires and so on, then, friends, if that is the case, then one would become possessed of a woman through the knowledge of a woman. Therefore, because of the connection with desire and so on, the desire and so on of a desirous person is not knowledge. If one becomes desirous by holding on to desire and so on, then another who holds on to desire would also become desirous. But if one is desirous because of the attachment that is connected with the union with the self, then is not meeting and uniting also different? Therefore, just as one is not called possessed of a woman merely by meeting, so too, one does not become desirous by meeting and uniting. But if desire and the self are united as one, and one does not perceive the difference, and in the case of the possessor, a thought of difference arises, then if that is the case, how does one know that the self is different from desire? When one does not perceive the nature of the self as different, then how can I not become a knower at that time? It has been shown that self-knowledge is without error. But if the self is not the knower but the object of knowledge, like the outsiders, then if that is the case, then because it is the object to be grasped, there is no knower, so one does not become an enjoyer, because form and so on are only to be used, and there is no user. Therefore, for the self, there will be a different enjoyer. For that, one needs another, so it becomes endless. But if one becomes an enjoyer because the enjoyer is connected with that union, then is not the enjoyer no different from the experience? The enjoyer is only abiding in what is to be used, just as the thought arises that I am the enjoyer, so too, this is my enjoyment, it appears in the world. Therefore, it exists in both the support and the supported object. But then, from the one who infers, this is the enjoyer
