Just as returning and awakening due to movement, when the first awakening arises from the manifested habitual tendencies, it possesses eyes and so on. If it dwells in another body, how does it transfer to another body? Just as the power dwelling in another substance transfers to another substance through the power of mantras and so on. For example, the power of poison transfers to substances like Khara through the power of mantras, similarly, through the power of karma, the eyes and so on dwelling in the body are projected onto another body, therefore eyes and so on are established without beginning. If you say, like the difference of softness and so on, isn't life and so on also any of the constituent elements? Here it is said: Wherever heat, moisture, etc., arise, beings do not become born, there is no part of earth, etc., therefore all are masters of seeds. There is no part or distinction of earth, etc., because creatures are not born in any part of earth, etc. Ultimately, it is seen that birth from heat and moisture, and the word "etc." includes birth from eggs, etc. For example, even water wrapped in cloth, if it stays for a little while, beings will dwell there, and in the great ocean, all kinds of creatures appear. Therefore, because of that, all arising elements are endowed with life, therefore life and so on are without parts. Then, according to your view, isn't everything endowed with life? Isn't it that life does not arise from all earth and so on? Here it is said: Thus, when the senses, etc., arise from their kinds, those that are independent, how can one change? Because all changes have no difference. Named from the elements, whichever one, if knowledge does not arise without relying on the same kind, however, from becoming the master of karma, beings arise. Therefore, wherever the awakening of habitual tendencies arises, beings arise there. And because you do not accept karma other than the elements, you only accept eyes and so on related to the elements. Therefore, if the senses, etc., arise without relying on the same kind, then, for example, just as a collection of elements becomes the form of a being, all elements...
