Because it does not abandon the other arising different from what is seen, even if unseen, it is only reasonable to become doubt, not only that, but for this kind of form, there is also a mistaken object. Many and so on are detailed explanations. This explains that it is only the observation of where the similar exists. Although briefly said, it is not said that it is not seen in the dissimilar, this is to show its excellence. In terms of throwing and the thing to be thrown, because it is not seen in the dissimilar in the Sutra, in order to necessarily know that the place where the similar exists is thrown. Because it is seen that there are many mature in the pod, it is not possible to establish maturity by merely saying that it is contained in the pod, because maturity will not become fire and contained in the pod, if those exist, it can mature, so it cannot be established. How can it not be established? It is said that it is due to seeing the illusion. If merely being contained in the pod can also realize that it is the complete collection of producing maturity, then is it not possible to establish maturity? If this is not the complete cause, then nothing will mature, because those maturities cannot be established without a cause. If it is a collection of causes, then how can others not gather? Therefore, how can it be permissible to see illusion here? To meet this question, it is said that it is like this. \ This idea is that, depending on the complete change of the collection of pods and so on, the fruits become fruitful, and that is also the abiding of time. Some of the fruits depend on a little time to abide and change like that, while others do not. Therefore, those who abide in the same way as seeing things like that will only become mature, and others will not. Similarly, those who are closely related to warmth will mature quickly, while others will not, so it is permissible for the object to be an illusion. Therefore, in order to show this, it shows that it is understood by observing the related in that way. Having such a nature depends on abiding. This and the cause of maturity are the same

The earth is the proximity and distance of heat and cold. Therefore, these, when gathered together, depend on a single collection. When one does not rely on such reasoning, but relies only on such focus, it is said that this is not inference, but if it is not so. If one relies only on the unseen, then this inference has remainder, and therefore is erroneous. The nature of having remainder is: Again, what is this called having remainder, which is shown by preceding with a question, such as what, etc. What is it that, by merely not seeing, intensely shows the reversal by merely not seeing? That is called having remainder, and thus the question and answer show the same meaning. As just said, its reversal, that is, in the dissimilar aspect, merely by not seeing, with an uncertain reason, there will be doubt about entering the dissimilar aspect. The teacher Dignāga said that because it has the characteristic of entering the dissimilar aspect, it is said to have remainder. Because it exists in this, this is also just like that. Among the three characteristics of the similar aspect and the dissimilar aspect, one is having a reason, therefore from there, the dissimilar aspect is a remainder. Sleep is related to the reason, because they are not reversed from those. The remainder is the boundary of reversal, therefore it is not the object of relation. Because it does not reverse from there, therefore it also exists in this, therefore it is called having remainder. Again, how does one express reversal by merely not seeing, how is it expressed? It is said that reversal, establishment, merely not seeing is the cause of doubt. If not seeing is not the non-apprehension of appearance? For that which has nothing to be established, the reversal of non-existence is also understood by that, then how is this the cause of doubt? The answer to this is that all non-apprehensions are. Although this has been unseen many times, if there is nothing to be established for a small number of things, then the establisher is unseen, on the very dharma that is to be established, if there is nothing to be established, there is no reason, this is perception.
