If it is said that it is because the state of mind that is not with desire is not observed. Therefore, it is said to be separated from the very nature of being able to generate desire. If words are seen, then it is not separated from the very nature of being able to generate desire. Therefore, it is said that words follow the very nature of being able to generate desire, and follow its opposite direction. Therefore, if desire is inferred from words, it will be too excessive. It is said like this, if things are as close as they exist, then it is said that observing the fruit that did not exist before, then there are as many causes. Because blue and so on are also causes, just like afflictions, if blue and so on also depend on the speaker to infer. However, for smoke, one that exists close in that place is also a cause. Or, if one of them is missing, also because of this way called "not observed", in order to determine that only that cause exists, so one must also look for the opposite situation. If it is said that the very nature of being able to arise and the opposite situation have not been established, just like stones and so on, because it is also like being able to arise, the mind also does not exist. If the mind exists, but there is no ability to arise, if the words are not established, therefore it will become like that. For example, if there is no firewood, even if there are trees, there is no smoke, therefore it is like knowing that the fire with firewood is the cause. Therefore, if one looks for the opposite situation, this is not inference. Or, if one knows only because of existence as before, then it will be too excessive. Therefore, here it is said to be too excessive, and the complete determination is that the cause itself has not been established, this is the difference. There, if it is said that the state of mind separated from being able to arise is not observed, just wanting to say that it is the cause, how can one know? Therefore, "desire" is said. Saying that the very nature of being able to arise is the cause is to say that the words are the continuum of a mind with afflictions. Apart from the mind with afflictions, there is no other very nature of being able to arise. The mind is defiled by two kinds of afflictions, namely latent and manifest. Among them, the affliction that has not awakened is latent, and the one that has awakened is manifest, because this has been promised, so the very nature of being able to arise is the latent one.

It is called an object. If it arises, then it arises completely. Therefore, if here it is proven that desire itself is helpful, then at that time it will become a combination in two ways. Therefore, help itself is prohibited, because even if the mind stream is made free from afflictions by cultivating the antidote, compassion will also enter. When action must be combined, it depends on desire. Therefore, even if there is no desire, there is no contradiction for the desire of the compassionate one. Therefore, if afflictions are not helpful, then the power of afflictions is also not helpful. If power is not something different from afflictions, then how is it called power because it is the power of afflictions? If power is helpful, then it has been said. If power is combination, then it will become desire itself combining. Desire is not combination, therefore power itself is not helpful. If power does not help with its own nature, then it is not, because it is also said that compassion will also enter. Then, why is this mentioned here? Because it shows that the reason why desire is helpful is without difference. Even so, even if there is no desire, the name of having desire is established, therefore, that state itself is latent, there is no other meaning of not being awakened. Therefore, it is established in this way. Therefore, this "therefore" is a summary. If again there is no result, then it is impossible not to arise, even so, because there is no difference etc. of the common cause of the result, it is impossible not to arise. If those differences are the cause, therefore relative to it it is called the result itself, then not arising without difference is not, because even without it there is. Therefore, only not arising without it can infer the cause, but not not arising without it cannot, just like the desire of language. Why? Because it depends on it, so it is said. This what does not arise without it, is related to it, just like the commonality of the common cause of the result. It is not for the difference, because even without it there is. It.
