Just as the later and later arise with distinctions. Likewise, because the ability arising from the proximity of other things is inconsistent, it may also become non-arising. Therefore, because it depends on change, obstruction is possible. The so-called "substance of cause" is an explanation. This expresses certainty. The word "only" must be grasped. Because the word "only" is throwing out the reason, therefore it is said that the causes do not produce the effect solely because of the reason called "collection." Therefore, even if they exist, it is not certain that the effect will arise, and even if the effect does not arise, the collection itself is not certain to produce the effect. If asked: How is it not produced? Whatever arising is related to the effect is because it depends on the changes of those who have the ability to arise from the collection. It is thought that it arises only from that. In between, that is, between the completion of the collection and the arising of the effect, because something called complete change may obstruct, it will not arise. Therefore, the collections themselves do not produce their own effects. Therefore, the effect is not inferable. If possibility is inferred, then it will not be uncertain, which is what is said, "possibility is." If asked: Is the effect not independent of other entities? The answer is: Although it is true, think like this: Even if the substance of the cause of the effect is complete, but because it depends on change, it becomes interrupted, therefore the cause of obstruction enters, and likewise, because anything may interrupt, obstruction will enter. Change is also not a virtue arising from dependence on change, because the collections do not remain on change. If it is not so, it will be liberated from dependence on other entities. In the effect of these, the collection of producers is this, that is, only in the collection, the difference that is consistent with the effect is achieved. If it arises only from that, only from the relationship, then because there is no difference, it will not arise later either. Do together

If it depends on it, it will change in that way. Because the factors of dependence are incomplete, it is not the cause of creating particularity. There, it should also be said that particularity arises only through relationship. If it is not so, it will become ashes. Therefore, when aggregates produce suitability that does not depend on other substances, the aggregates that depend on conditions are established as being able to produce results. Precisely because of this, in inferring suitability, aggregates do not err, because the power of the cause does not have illusions about the result. Aggregates produce suitability, and power arises only through relationship. Recognizing this power, if there is no relationship at first, it will also become non-existent later, and if it does not depend on the arising of particularity, it is impossible to determine that it can function. For the arising of the result, if it is not possible to determine that there is no interruption, it is impossible to determine that the final state is attained, which is a clear explanation. So, here, it should be inferred that the aggregate of the cause is more special than the previous aggregate, and has suitability. So, does the result arise from the cause? No, because the power depends only on relationship, and is recognized through the reasoning described above, not through direct perception. So, can it be inferred from having the power to recognize through reasoning? If it is because the previous moment of the aggregate is recognized as being different in nature from the later moment, then it can be. But that is not the case, because the difference of moments cannot be recognized. Therefore, starting from the first relationship, all moments exist in power and in producing power, so their nature is inferred from the characteristic of the aggregate of relationship. Only those aggregates that are close are called relationship. So, how is suitability inferred? This statement is the subject. Aggregation is the reason. Because the later power changes, it is able to produce the result, which is to be proven. Because it does not need to depend on other conditions that change the power, this is universally established. In this way, it is also seen to show the reason,
