Therefore, the Dharma will be taught. Therefore, even though impermanence itself, distinguished by the Dharma of things that do not exist in reality, appears, it is not so in external appearances. Even so, since the appearance as impermanence is not abandoned, it is not that there is no realization of impermanence. If it is said, how can these have the image of things, relying only on the absence of things? For this necessity, the explanation is: these are not without support either. Even if it is not the cause of its own characteristics, these are not without support. When entering its Dharma, due to the habit of seeing, such an image will arise. Therefore, to show that there is no fault that these will become non-existent things, it is said: it is not the Dharma of non-existent things either. If these abandon the appearance of following the nature of things, if it becomes not the Dharma of things, then, when things that have become the Dharma of things appear through experience, how can it not be the Dharma of things? If it has the nature of things, then, how is it the delusion of discrimination? For things, it is said like this. Through the habit of experience, the things that are so close and realized, the realization of difference and so on is itself a delusion. The appearance of things is deluded through that way, this is the concluding remark. If the appearance as things is a delusion, then, how is this the realization of impermanence? Indeed, it is not directly, but due to attachment. If permanence itself does not appear, even if more attached, it cannot make things as objects. Since the appearance of impermanence is not similar to the external environment, therefore in reality it is separated from awareness, but because of the greater attachment to that thing, it is said that awareness is not awareness. Like this, that is impermanent, and this awareness of impermanence is also so attached, so there is no contradiction, so it is admitted that from that it will abide as such. Even though it is not reasonable to be manifestly attached to such an established abiding, it will not become an object of things.
