What is the reason for that? Similarly, here there is something or obstructive or impermanent, because there is smoke. If it changes, it is not like that, therefore, the fruit cannot infer the cause. It is not possible to know fire from things, or to know things from smoke, because there are things like water but no fire. Therefore, it is thought that it should not be said that it arises from that, in order to establish what should be inferred by its own infallibility. If it is said that not all entities arise from it by all selves, then saying that is unreasonable, that is to say in all respects. Because from the entities such as fire, smoke also arises as the nature of things, etc., not just smoke arises from it alone. For the time being, it is said that it is not to establish the connection of the sutra because it depends on understanding this and abandoning it. If those qualities of fire exist, then smoke arises, or if those do not exist, then smoke ceases, it is not like that. For the time being, the qualities that cannot be extinguished, such as things and impermanence, are the cause of preventing the following itself. Thus, even if other things or impermanence with firewood exist, smoke does not arise. Others, such as those born from the difference between burning and firewood, do not exist, but if there is only the ability to burn firewood, it arises, so it is not the cause of smoke alone. Therefore, since the fruit arises without it, the characteristic of this arising from it is not certain, because it arises from it, so if it is said that the fruit is understandable, there is no fault as stated. Because therefore the fruit is the reason. What is to be established? What is said is that whatever is the nature of the cause on the cause, those things that do not exist do not arise, those are. This shows the difference of what is to be established by the fruit. From following and contradiction, the qualities of the cause that know the cause of things, those themselves are what the fruit can understand. Therefore, from smoke, things and impermanence or

That which arises from that is not a conceptual thought, but rather the term 'fire' refers to that which burns. This is understood by the nature of the effect, and the effect is only that which does not arise without certain things. Therefore, this is a kind of logical entity of that. That which is said is that if there is nothing from which the effect does not arise, then this is determined by the nature of the effect, therefore. Thus, by showing the object to be proved by the logic of the effect, the distinction of proving by eliminating the fallacy of being knowable in all ways is shown, and because it also eliminates the nature of being knowable in all ways. It is said, 'what'. Why is it not shown briefly? Who says it is not shown? Here, for those who have a cause, the effect that does not arise without a certain nature is the reason, and it is possible to say so. This nature is not that which does not arise without a cause, nor is it present elsewhere, because things and so on exist even without fire. Therefore, 'of those' and 'only those' are expressed by explaining the connection briefly. In short, 'the effect is' is said only this much. In that, in relation to what is to be known, it is connected by 'by these', and in relation to what is to be known, it is connected by 'only by that'. Therefore, this treatise is arranged as having dependence. The effect is the reason only by those. This explanation of the function of nature is that those dharmas are functions, and the explanation of 'if there is no, it does not arise' is 'if there is no those, it does not arise'. Similarly, that which arises without it, because it is not certain to arise from it, this should also be said. Here, the other party shows the previously stated self-establishment, if there are some dharmas existing on the cause that do not arise without, and some dharmas existing on the effect are knowable, then it will become something to be produced and something that can be produced by parts. Therefore, when the nature of those dharmas of the cause produces the nature of the effect, things and so on remain on the cause.
