It is the very nature of impermanence, because it is understood through conceptualization. Conceptualization relies on distinct dharmas, therefore it is the nature of knowing separately and independently. Likewise, in direct perception, because distinct dharmas are not clear, therefore they experience things as they are, not conceptualization. Therefore, in inference, there is no function of knowing things, because it would become the fault as previously stated. If it is said that in eliminating things, there is no such fault, it is called elimination. This only clarifies the imputation of non-fire arising from the door of superimposition, not arising from grass, etc. Therefore, whoever has the opportunity for another valid cognition to intervene, then that person has no other function than making distinctions. If, like inference, direct perception does not become an object of eliminating others, then in that case, it also involves grasping the subject of the dharma, so there is an opportunity for another valid cognition. That is not the case, although direct perception is the nature of experiencing things, if it turns to difference through the door of conceptualization, then there is an opportunity for another valid cognition. Direct perception is established as grasping things by the very nature of the appearance of things. Therefore, although other valid cognitions intervene in direct perception, it is not an object of difference, like experiencing arising from grass, etc., in inference. Because it is the nature of abandoning only arising from grass and experiencing all meanings. Commentary: It is called someone, meaning that when someone sees a subject of dharma with direct perception, it is only that other valid cognitions cannot intervene. This is saying the meaning of "also." If it is said "grasping things," it means when also with inference. This is showing the difference of direct perception on the subject of dharma, and then saying the meaning that was not previously understood, because it is showing that the approximate establishment similar to direct perception is the same. Or, in order to establish that there is superimposition, the seed is sown. If it is said "decided by one dharma," it means at that time. In order to make the meaning of the summary the form of the text, because the reason is no different from that.

It is called "is." "That is certain" means that it itself establishes the tenet. "Other valid cognitions are not allowed" means that it is related to the present form. "There is no fault in eliminating others" means at what time. "Those whose nature of things is not mixed, also by the power of discrimination, make things mixed with other things be eliminated, and are themselves those who have the object of eliminating others." At all times, it is impossible to act with the inference of other mixtures as a prerequisite, so thinking about how it can have a reasonable meaning there, and arguing with others, is called "non-realization determination." Called "from sudden" means, accidentally, or without reason following the pervasiveness, being accustomed to association, it is not that as soon as one sees smoke, one immediately thinks it is not fire and speculates wildly. In order to eliminate it, it is said "to this." Saying this, the object of realization is also non-realization, which is done because of the existence of wild speculation. The dharma to be established is also the object of realization, because it is no different from the subject, so it is because the subject has been taken. If it is said that in the hetu of the result, what is to be established is other, so it is not in this way as an object, then there is also an explanation for this, that is, "if different." If it is admitted that the object of realization is different from the subject, then not being related to the subject to be established will become no realization for that subject. This is said: If again in the hetu of the result, the dharma to be established from the subject is realized because it is different, then that non-realization, even so, it must be related to the subject to be established, if it is not so, it will not become that subject itself, so it is not realized in that way. The association is also fire and place, the two of the dependent and the depended, the very substance of cause and effect. If so, when the subject is considered to be the cause of fire, it is not possible not to be considered. If here, even if it becomes the object of realization, it is only non-realization, not fire, then, that is indeed so. If it is realized, it is impossible not to realize fire. Therefore, realizing the speculation of its non-realization is also realizing fire
