The so-called "non-", for the object of ignorance, the external is non-existent, and consciousness is also non-existent. Therefore, although the external exists in the case of negating other meanings, consciousness is not like that, because direct perception also becomes consciousness. However, consciousness arises precisely from taking the external as an object. This is like consciousness, the external is non-existent, and the meaning of negation also does not exist. Blue consciousness is not non-blue consciousness. Although there is no realization that "general is general", because there is consciousness in the form of following, blue consciousness is non-blue consciousness, so there only the sound is not established. Similarly, for blue consciousness, there is no contradictory realization. Therefore, how do those who think that merely realizing the object of eliminating others will cause harm, abandon those who are like stone makers and others, who only have inference as an assistant? We have refuted the claim that realization itself is knowing the nature. Like this, how can it be well eliminated in a way that there is no turning back? Only clarity. Therefore, the so-called "therefore" is to summarize the meaning as previously stated. All the qualities of seeing things such as sound, that is, seeing all the dharmas such as impermanence. What is the nature of those things is known by the wisdom that knows them. The nature of things such as sound and blue is also the nature of sound and blue themselves. Moreover, because it has already been seen, there is nothing else to be known here. Therefore, conceptual thought does not arise for the meaning of consciousness, because merely consciousness itself is what needs to be known, so it arises just like merely seeing. Although it has already been seen, because it is possible to ultimately mistake different things as having different natures, it cannot be determined. Therefore, in things, what should be eliminated is the confusion itself, not knowing the nature, because it has already been known. Therefore, the so-called "because it needs to be grasped by the unseen" is to summarize the end of the occasion of entering based on the support of direct perception. Therefore, for the case where one has already entered, what is the other entry is to establish the object of eliminating others as the thesis. Now, for what has already entered,

Now, if it is said that other valid cognitions intervene, that is also to prove that it is the object of excluding others. Therefore, it is said "even from inference." Here, when recognizing fire from smoke, one only recognizes the self-nature of fire, not the qualities such as arising from grass and impermanence. Therefore, here, when other valid cognitions intervene, it is understood as a meaning different from the former. Because when the characteristic of fire is determined from inference, all qualities such as arising from grass are determined. In which aspect does this fault arise? It is said that if one grasps the entity. If inference grasps the entity, determining one quality will determine all qualities. This is said in this way: if one recognizes fire from smoke, if one experiences fire, then one will experience it in the same way as one experiences how fire exists. Moreover, that is also the nature of impermanence, etc., therefore, those will also be experienced here. Whatever is merely the self-nature of something, it is not possible to say that one has not experienced it when experiencing it, just like the self-nature itself. Impermanence, etc., are also the self-nature of the mere aspect of fire, therefore, how can it be said that one has not experienced it when experiencing the aspect of fire? Curvature and emptiness, etc., are shapes, and moreover, that is because it has become many minute particles, just like the two sides of cutting and offering, it will become grasping and not grasping. For that which is merely that self-nature, there is no such cognition. Just as fire itself is burning. Fire itself is not the nature of impermanence, however, because fire will perish, impermanence is its characteristic, not merely the self-nature of fire. Therefore, if one recognizes it as fire and not as impermanence, what contradiction is there? How is there no contradiction? In this way, although there is no self-nature by way of relying on nomenclature, because whatever is fire will perish, the separation of fire from impermanence cannot become an object of cognition. If that is the case, then, because whatever is fire is impermanent, when recognizing fire from inference, one will also recognize impermanence because of recognizing fire, just like direct perception? It is not possible in that way, impermanence itself.
