If it is established by perception and inference, then how can it be said that one sees the universal when one realizes that the bases are non-different? However, although, as previously stated, each and every one cannot be established, this is arranged in order to establish the realization that the bases are non-different. If the doubt is met with "illusion is without seed," then the answer is given with "that fruit." It is said in this way because it is not established by valid cognition since there is no realization of being in accordance with it. If one closely realizes in order to establish realization, then it will also be established in another way, because that is how it is realized for the clear things themselves. You have admitted that it is an illusion to realize non-difference with non-difference, because things are not non-different. This is to show that realizing non-difference in different things is an illusion, and it is also not the nature of clarity, because it does not have the nature of being able to recognize. For example, the spotted is also the nature of a cow, and the yellow is also. However, there, only the expression of non-difference is an illusion. It should be said that its cow-ness is not of another. This is precisely shown by having the same result. Just as when many things produce one result, the respective causes are different from each other, so too is cow-ness. Because they gather by meeting, one does not see the difference, and it is also not seen to realize multiple non-differences as one. It is like for substances that have number, etc. It is also not related to other things, for example, it is also like for the elements, etc., what is said is having number, etc. Therefore, that is how it is non-different, in reality it is not the nature of things, or it is not confused with realization, in that way, by its nature, to prevent confusion or to conclude, therefore, the other universal is not other. The so-called "that way" is because the nature of the universal is different from the non-different base. The so-called "because there is no attachment to wisdom" is because it does not appear to wisdom. Or, the universal of these is completely other. Even so, mixture is not established.

Therefore, why is it said that "all things" etc. are only rational? This is to say "even if it exists, it is so." Because of its relatedness, it becomes a single nature, and like that, it is also another relation, which is the discriminating of afflictions. Even if related, it only exists in its own self-nature, because there is no other entity, so mixing with its self-nature is not established. The elements will also become the nature of a necklace. Even if combined, gathering cannot eliminate differences. Therefore, if saying "they do not mix into self and other" is to be proven, then "therefore, these things are" is the conclusion. There, "also considered different kinds" is the explanation. Or, "they do not mix into self and other" know that, this is because they only exist in their own essence, this is showing the function of reason. Therefore, "therefore" etc. is stating what is to be proven when proving the reason. Because it exists in its own self-nature, it does not mix, therefore, there are those who think they are the same kind, there are those who think they are different kinds, etc., which are contradictory. Mentioning "think" is to show that the same kind itself is the view of others. Things are of multiple natures, not the nature of everything. Therefore, because it exists in such a nature, there is no need to doubt that it contradicts from the nature to which it does not belong, this is shown by another reason. Because one's own nature is a single nature. Explaining the meaning of the second verse is that things are separated from what and what, and separated from what and what, relying on the near cause, even if the nature is not separated, one can know many dharmas. What is used to understand? The answer is: with sounds. What is the knowledge of those sounds? That is also what can be understood by discrimination, therefore those dharmas will be discriminated. Therefore, because sounds are also shown to have contradictory objects, it will be said "classification."
