Some think that although felt is different from its own essence, it becomes one by virtue of possessing the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण). Just like that, a pot also has the nature of strength, particles, and darkness, and so does felt. The three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण) are inseparable from the pot and also inseparable from the felt. Therefore, in order to show that even different things can be mixed together, thereby eliminating all doubts, it is said "anything." Whatever of these pots, etc., that which has become its own essence, that is to say, is inseparable from the manifestation, is inseparable from the essence, this follows the scriptures, it is acknowledged as it is. That is not the nature of different things such as pots, that is to say, it is not those natures, this is the final conclusion. If, as stated, it becomes the essence, having a nature without difference, then things such as pots will disappear. Just as a pot is inseparable from the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण), then the pot itself is the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण), or the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण) themselves are the pot, but it is not possible that the pot itself and the nature of the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण). If that is the case, then if blue is inseparable from the moment, blue itself is the moment, so it will only become destruction, but it will not become form, it will not become form and destruction. Therefore, even if inseparable, just like form and destruction, will the pot also become the nature of the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण)? This is an inappropriate comparison, because form itself is destruction, although blue and moment are not different, this is because they are recognized as different through conceptual thought. Similarly, if the pot itself has the nature of the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण), then if this is one nature, felt also has the nature of the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण), then it will also become the nature of the pot. Because it is both the nature of the pot and the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण), just like blue and moment, etc., because it is a nature without difference, how can the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण) separated from the nature of the pot exist on the felt? It would not be the three guṇas (Tibetan: ཡོན་ཏན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुण, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: guṇa, Chinese literal meaning: गुण) themselves. If that is the case, then blue and destruction are called one nature, because it is the existence of the outer
