That which transcends all existence and non-existence will become permanent. Therefore, an entity that does not depend on anything will always either exist or not exist. It is said that things that depend on something are sometimes reasonable, which is what is meant by "entities that depend on something." Because there is no cause, it does not depend on anything, so it must transcend everything, so it does not sometimes become existence or non-existence. Sometimes, it can change through dependence. If there is another thing, because it exists, the thing that depends on it sometimes changes. At the time when something exists and the time when it does not exist, the existence of that thing's arising, because it has the possibility and impossibility related to it. When that thing has the possibility of arising, that is the time when it exists, and the opposite of that is the time of impossibility, at that time this is the time of existence, otherwise it is not, so it sometimes changes. The thing itself has no dependence, because it does not exist. However, when the cause that produces it is near, it merely exists by pulling itself out from the neck by its own cause. Therefore, when it has a cause, it arises, and when it does not have a cause, it does not arise, so it is sometimes. The existence of things with possibility and impossibility indicates the possibility and impossibility of time. Or, time itself indicates this through its own nature, thereby explaining the reason. If the times of existence and non-existence do not have the possibility related to them, then in the states and times of existence and non-existence, it is unreasonable to determine that it has or does not have these possibilities. Explaining the difference by stating the reason refers to those things whose nature of possibility and impossibility are the same. It is thought that things of possibility and impossibility become different because of possibility and impossibility themselves. The possibility of the thing itself is also the cause in that sense. Therefore, in this way, entities that depend on something sometimes change, thus beginning, because the possibility that wants to appear as a cause limits time through existence and non-existence.

It is said to be relational. If so, how can it be said that sometimes itself is produced by dependence? Therefore, it is said "for that," because of the reason of what is reasonable and unreasonable as previously stated. Because it does not exist when it exists, therefore abandoning some places and times; because it exists when it exists, therefore the thing that exists in other places and times is called having dependence. It is said in this way, if some things that do not exist in other places exist, then the thing that exists itself is called dependence. If some things exist, then existence is not merely thinking that it exists, but it comes from the reasonable and unreasonable in the periods of existence and non-existence. Therefore, the thing that becomes like that due to its power is called dependent on it. Therefore, having dependence sometimes exists, so it is sometimes. In this way, after showing what will become dependent, in order to closely establish how its nature becomes the nature of sometimes, it is "like this." The thing that abandons some places and exists in other places is called dependence. Because for things that are always constantly existing or non-existing in all times and places, the meaning of dependence is unreasonable. If something abandons something, exists somewhere, if it does not depend on it, then it is possible to be determined there, what is said is "made by them." If it does not depend on the benefit made by something, then it is unreasonable for it to exist there as a leader that does not exist in other places, therefore existence itself is dependence, this is reasonable. For it, dependence and sometimes are called not other meanings. Therefore, this is not to universally establish it, but it itself is sometimes. Therefore, because there is no cause, there is no dependence, because there is no dependence, so it is not sometimes, therefore it will become constantly existing or non-existing. Then, why is it said when expressing intention, because there is no cause, so this transcends other existence, therefore it should be shown as constantly existing and non-existing? If this intention is not expressed, then by what, is it reasonable that existence itself is said to be dependence like this? By it abandoning other places and times, and the thing that exists in other places itself does not...
