Moreover, merely because the knowledge that wants to appear has no function, it is not to be determined as only untrue. This is to show that its function is for other things. If "other" refers to form, then "self-experience" also refers to form consciousness. That is experience, and it also refers to tactile consciousness. It is also the same for illusion, and the knowledge of consciousness will also be completely satisfied. In the late winter season, fever caused by bile disease makes even cold touch appear warm, which indicates "in the cold season." In late winter, cold touch is seen as harming others, but for those with fever, it is also felt as warm, so it is said to be completely satisfying. Only the experience that has become a valid cognition (pramāṇa, valid cognition) can be completely satisfying. If it is said that it is not autonomous, then it is "if the experience is a valid cognition." Among them, "flawed" means that even the wisdom of one with cataracts will become wisdom with an object. Just like being completely satisfied, further explanation also shows that it will become an experience at that time, which is what is called "actually not explaining." "All accomplisher" refers to the experience of one with cataracts. The so-called "has been explained" means that experience is subject to others and not autonomous. To illustrate this, there are also "other experiences" and so on. The so-called "those" refers to the common and the uncommon. Why is there no experience? Because it is said, "Because of direct perception and inference." If it is said that inference is based on one's own seeing, then for what is it? For the common object, which is the similar object. Not recognizing the difference is not recognizing one's own self-character. The so-called "having knowledge" refers to knowledge, that is, running together with valid cognition, meaning existing together with valid cognition. What is it recognized with? With one who has cataracts. It is explained that if it is not recognized by one with cataracts, then it is unreasonable that everything will be recognized, which is what is called "with one who has cataracts." Holding a pillar is a symbol of the non-existence of the object of one with cataracts. After "not an object at all," it should be understood as "the object of others." Direct perception itself negates the object of others.

Connect them. If asked what it is like, the answer is "to be cognized by others" and so on. Because it is not an object, it is not manifest. That is the nature of being cognized by others. The so-called "that" is the nature of other things because it is cognized by others. If the nature of a definite thing is not cognized, then what is cognized? The answer is "being cognized." If the very act of being cognized is not cognized, then the thing is not cognized. If it is cognized, then it is that itself that is cognized, not the thing. If asked in this way, the answer is "what." Because nothing other than the respective objects of cognition is cognized, and in order to explain that that itself is the thing, and not something else, it is said to be "different from the object of cognition." Not doing the work of external objects, although it is comfortable, it is only slightly experienced, such as the appearance of blue and so on, and greed and so on, doing the work of the nature of experience, but not doing it at all, this is the ability. Some people think that distinguishing between existence and non-existence is the meaning of "if those experienced." In this aspect, because the knowledge of self-awareness is not hidden, therefore, because there is no inference about that object, in order to explain that both have disappeared, it is said to be "only self-awareness." If it is thought that it is possible to infer the object hidden by the knowledge of other continuums, then it is said that "both knowledge and cause and effect are lost." From seeing the result, one can infer the knowledge of other continuums, but the result itself is also considered by some to be something that needs to be grasped in one's own continuum, and that is not grasped only through self-awareness, nor is it the knowledge of other awareness, because that itself will not become something else. If it is thought that when recognizing the result, the cause was previously known through direct perception, and it arises from the habitual tendencies experienced from memory, then it is said, "If the cause itself is through inference." How is it remembered from experience? Because "memory is also at that time." Through this reasoning, it is explained that memory is not produced before, and the cause and effect of knowledge are not at the time of the result, so "that time" means that time, not now.
