Is it not due to external objects? Because when recognizing "This is blue," what appears is something that is held like blue, different from making self-cognition, so what appears is contrary to holding "I am blue." If it is just like this, only due to external objects, then appearance is not empty of appearance, but due to ignorance. For the knowledge of people and animals, it is not that external objects are not completely acknowledged, although it is the same in not being attached to external objects, some of the harmful knowledge is not valid cognition. For the objects of valid and invalid cognition, there is no difference in appearance in what is not hidden and what is not self, because the difference is in existence and non-existence. Their essence is just like that. What is said is that it has its own nature in other places and times. If the reason for appearance does exist, then it will also be understood as the refutation of "This is not it," so it has the nature of both. Even so, because that is not a combination of the sound of non-valid cognition, so it is thought that it is not valid cognition, for those without conceptual thought, it will not be held like holding blue. Conceptual thought arises from habit, not like personal experience, even on a selfless body, even if the image disappears, the thought of "I" will arise, and it is also like that on a collection of blue. Therefore, the situation is not like that, because it contradicts personal experience, so what is shown is "Therefore, this is it," meaning that what is to be proven in the example is not incomplete. If pride is completely burned, then the qualities of having a victor (Buddha) will become good, and extremely vast wisdom will be quickly obtained. Therefore, "other-consciousness" refers to the knowledge of external objects, that is, the knowledge of form, etc., which depends on external objects, that is not the statement of emptiness, because it is discernible, so the discernible consciousness is in the external object itself. What remains is unwise, so what is shown is not refutation, but self-consciousness. When asked why the knowledge of external objects is not, self-consciousness itself is mentioned. Why? Because it is discernible consciousness, it cannot touch what is not itself. Even if it touches, it is its essence, that is its meaning. Conceptual thought.

Because I use the term "blue" to refer to it, only these three are itself. Because there is no term without concept, so thinking like this is "if." The concept here also arises following the experience, but it is not to distinguish all three, because experience has no power, so what is shown is "this itself," meaning that it is only the self-nature of the attainment of experience. Explaining "if" is "detailed," meaning that there is no need for terms, so what should be done? Your detailed analysis of the self-nature of knowable etc. that are not created by humans shows that it is not combined with the result of terms, this is "if terms." Saying that special terms are the result, but not just that, this is "if so." What result do you have for analyzing the object without concept? This is "when external." Because it is impossible to follow experience, so showing following is "if mind." The follower with aspect is the aspect of following. Coming from other is coming from habit. In order to make the knowledge of the result with its aspect understand other, that itself is the previous arising. "That itself" is wanting to see not holding the self without aspect. "If the mind is that aspect," saying like this is "if so" thinking that it is understood like this. Both also, refers to the self-nature of white and happiness etc. Mutual refers to belonging to the category of one self-awareness. Showing that if there is no mutual following, because it is the difference between extremely fine particles, it will become ignorance, this is "any." Showing that both also enter into being done by one self-awareness, so obtaining other views with aspect, this is "self-awareness itself." "This itself" is the very unhidden itself. Showing that the very unhidden itself is not to be examined by others, this is "however." What is not to be examined by others is external.
