Because it does not clearly indicate the place that must be entered. To show that its words are not entering, it is said, "Arising from seeing all things." Even if the words arise from the reason of not having obtained all things, they are still certain about the meaning, because they arise from the certainty of wanting to express, so it is thought that there is no contradiction. Therefore, it is said, "The certainty of expressing the intention," even if all things are seen, how can it become the intention to express certainty about the meaning? This is its meaning. If it is said that even the intention to express without seeing the meaning must be the speaker who sees, then it is said, "Those intentions to express," even if wanting to express and seeing those also arise sequentially, but it is indeed not merely because the others are the same before and after, this is its meaning. If it is again thought that even if there is nothing different from wanting to express and seeing, its essence will become the same, therefore it is said, "Wanting to express and seeing," wanting to express is wanting to speak, the other is seeing, those are different only because of discrimination and another, this is its meaning. Wanting to express and seeing, etc., are not non-conceptual in relation to self-awareness? How can it become the difference between discrimination and another? Therefore, thinking, if that is also truly, etc., those verses are spoken. The answer is: "The nature is one, sequentially." It means that abandoning the two self-awarenesses arising sequentially, time and place, etc., are not mutually recognized as the same. Because the external object has a sequence, neither oneself nor others will recognize it as "That is this." Similarly, it is also thought that the inside is not. To show the hindrance of seeing earlier to recognition, it is said, "Whatever thing is outside that." Isvara is excellent because it is associated with the eight qualities of Isvara, and it is thought that oneself only recognizes it as the previous and subsequent and the past, etc., just like the external object.
