Furthermore, the previous itself is not the present, because it is the realm of the present, and there is no difference. If it is said that the object seen through habituation is the fruit itself, it is not so, because the fruit itself is the proximate cause. Regarding this, the fruit of the nature of certainty depends on others, but the oneness of this itself is not like that, because the proximate cause itself is oneness, it is its own nature, therefore, the object seen as always holding the proximate cause is not that itself. The knowledge of a yogi arising from habituation is a seer, but how does it grasp the past? That also sees the proximate cause itself, and the past and so on are its own objects, which are said in dependence on things like us. If the past and so on are not grasped, then how does one enter? How is it not entering the past and the present as well? The one who desires to meet is not in the present. If one knows it as being one with that, then one enters, if it is said like that, it is not so, because meeting is the very nature of realization, and since that is already established, it is not what is sought. If it is said that one enters for the sake of realizing what will happen, if that is the case, it is true, but if that is not present now, how does one grasp by seeing? If it is said that the nature of what was seen before is realized here without having seen it, it is unreasonable, because when grasping its nature, it is not seen and realized. If it is said that it is for what will happen, if that is the case, how is the seeing with habituation, or the realization by others, an object of entry? It will be shown like this: what is seen now is not what was seen before, because it is doubt, and if there is no habituation for the second one either, then one will not enter by discriminating that it is itself, because it is already obtained. Since attainment is the nature of realization, one does not enter by discriminating the very nature of what will happen, because attainment itself is not sought even for the very nature of what will happen. If it is a function, it is also measuring that itself, how is it an object of entry? The function is similar to the other, therefore,

If it is said that the nature of the seeker is also different from the previous one, then now there is not even a word to say that it is the same, but we say that that nature is what is effective. If, for an unfamiliar thing, one does not grasp it because of discrimination, therefore there is no ability to enter, then for a familiar thing, even if one fabricates its ability through seeing, it is still necessary to enter. If seeing is what is effective, then at that time it is also unreasonable, and since inference is not something to be understood, how are those who seek it destroyed? If it is said that it comes from knowing what is related to it, then seeing is not knowing what is related to it. If it is familiar, is that inference? Then, in the absence of that thing, it will become a cognition of that thing. If it is said that in unfamiliar times, that thing will exist, then if that is the case, even a dead crow will make a sound. When it exists, then it can be understood, otherwise how is it possible? If it is said that seeing through the practice of the noble ones is understanding it, that is not right, because it does not enter into non-objects. Otherwise, for familiar things, one infers distant fire from smoke, and for familiar things, it is through direct perception. This itself is because it is close to what is related to it. It is said that it is the same for inference as well. The nature of smoke is produced by fire, but for familiar things, although it is determined by seeing, it is not the nature of fire. Similarly, for this, it is also produced by what is effective, or only seeing the nature of the producer, If it is familiar, then there is no fault in not being determined as effective. If there is no cognition, how can it be determined? No, because the word "determination" is used to express it completely clearly. Inference is to determine the very nature of the effective thing itself, while seeing is both its producer and what is produced, that is the difference. From determining one's own nature, inference enters, and from determining one's own nature and connection, it is seeing, that is the meaning. For inference, there is no grasping of one's own nature. If it is said that there is determination from one's own nature, then for this
