The nature of uncertainty is the cause of this doubt, which is called differentiation. Is not what is understood by such wisdom a form that returns from what is not it? Even if the difference between the two is not definitely grasped, the essence of acting is manifestly different from things. Even if differences such as moments are not definitely grasped, they exist like the nature of blue, etc. Because of its existence, how can one doubt that it is not produced from the senses? With such a thought, if one answers the word "shape" with "man and high pole," etc. If it is an actor, then at a distance or near, it will also be observed like blue, without definitely grasping the difference. It is not observed in that way at close range, therefore, the appearance of the difference without definitely grasping the form of the difference is itself it. To show that the appearance of the difference without definitely grasping the determination of the difference is itself it, it is said, "If the meaning of the general is other." If one thinks, "If the determination of the form of the difference is not grasped, then how can the appearance be its?" then from "If also on your side," etc., to "The meaning does not appear unclearly." The answer is, "If not the possessor of those," that is, this is the form of definite grasping, for whom the form does not exist, that is, the companion who is far from that difference, arises from that, because it arises from that, it is said to be the holder. This is what is to be shown: the difference holder with the form of not definitely grasping the difference is said to be unclear relative to the complete grasping of the form of the difference. Such wisdom, because it has no cause, even if it does not arise from near, it arises from the difference of the companion at a distance. The general is complete, and one's own nature can be observed even at a distance. From near, the Dharma will be observed very clearly. It is unreasonable if something is observed without a cause for not observing it, or if something is not observed with a cause for observing it. For the observation of differences and generals, there is no subtle difference.

Do. It is true that there is no generality other than the particular. It is not right to say that the appearance of another is not clear to another. Although this is so, the nature of the difference that has not grasped the aspect of the particular is said to be general because it is common with the aspect of the particular. If that itself is the general, as it is said. The answer is: It is shown by "that mind" and so on. Not grasping the particular for sure is not different. Furthermore, it should also be said here that it is different. If it is said that the color and shape that have not been grasped for sure appear in the mind, and what is separated from them is considered to be general. The things that I have seen, because of what the nature of the measure of their seeing is, what is similar to them is this nature. What should arise as a similar aspect is the object to be focused on. Doubts arise about their meaning, and the meaning of similarity is the general meaning, so think. If it is said that the appearance is the color and shape themselves, because they are common, that is, because they are similar. The answer is: The nature of that color and shape. It is said that the similarity of that is the nature of this, and if it is not that itself, then how can doubts arise about them? Since there is no unity in the commonality of the two, it is not reasonable to cling to similarity alone and say that that is this, because it will become a fault. As shown: The mind will become a fault. It is said to be clinging to all things as one. Therefore, the commonality of the two appears as one, because both are not clear. To closely gather the two without making a definite clinging, if it is said that it will not be so, then it is said, "If you understand color and shape as different." Also, height itself is not general, because it is abiding in the measure of height, and also because it is definitely grasped. It is also not the nature of height itself, because it is different, and because it is not the nature of the general. The generality of color and shape is one, because the two differences that become the nature are common, and also thinking that the general can give rise to doubt. Color and
