Thinking, if one mentions "accomplished meaning," then for what is only determined as the directly perceived blue, if one cannot immediately determine its momentariness, then inference cannot infer its momentariness. For just as it is not momentary, it contradicts this, and just as the basis is not established, it cannot be understood. Similarly, it means that the manifest object that is contrary to reason and the key instruction that proves it are contradictory. Thinking, if one can understand only through manifest objects, then inference and key instructions can also understand momentariness and the second birth, wouldn't this change without any loss? Therefore, it is said, "For a while, first," meaning that if one can also understand momentariness and being contrary to reason, then whether through direct perception or other means, one cannot understand it as being associated with it, just as one understands blue from yellow. Therefore, "other" means that it contradicts this and relies on other valid cognitions. Therefore, whether it is inference or key instruction, it is what determines what is determined by direct perception, and it is not contradictory to it, because it cannot be done, which is what "if direct perception does not understand" expresses. Or, if the key instruction can only understand the kind that transcends the senses, then, it is said, "entering without knowing," meaning that one cannot understand the meaning from non-human-made things, because there is no certainty. Human-made things do not rely on direct perception, etc., and are not valid cognitions for things, because they have no ability, which is its meaning. If the lineage is not cut off, isn't it known from the uninterrupted memory? The son is the son of the father, and he is also the son of his own father, and he is also the son of his own father, if one thinks like that, then, it is said, "The lineage is also not cut off," meaning that it is not certain. Even your own father transcends the senses, and if you cannot determine who he is, then how can you determine his lineage? Memory may also be a mistake arising from fabrications and other things, so there is nothing to prove it. Clearly showing that lineage is confused is to show that it is cut off, that is "Suta," seeing it.

It is called "Showing that even for the unseen in the future, it is only doubt." If it is said, "This arises from this, its mother knows," then how does that show the elimination of one's own faults? Therefore, showing that his words are not to be believed is called "This is unobstructed." If it is not related to the meaning of intellectual behavior, but later becomes related, then sound and meaning are permanent. Since it exists for as long as it does, the association should also be permanent, therefore showing that it is contradictory is called "Meaningless intellectual behavior." How can something that has been conventionally agreed upon change later? Even if it is not related, whether it is conventional agreement or something else, it will not become related, will it? If you think so, then it is said, "The nature of no action." Isn't it said that it becomes related from conventional agreement? If so, then how is it? If there is conventional agreement, then its habit awakens, and the object of conventional agreement will be remembered. Awakening is not only from sound, because it may also come from some other effort, etc. As it is said in the Determination of Valid Cognition, "From that, for these, even slightly nothing is established, there is no close taking," that is what is said. Showing that impermanence is the change of nature occasionally is called "When there is meaning and no meaning." For intellectual behavior to produce an effect, meaning is the ultimate meaning. The way is the path. Action is acting, how is this not a deceptive name? It is precisely making the ununderstood meaning manifest. The term "some" means that other than these three, others do not truly establish a connection with meaning, because it is an uncertain meaning. Showing that if there is no manifestation and understanding of connection, it is only understanding, therefore it is not valid cognition, is called "Because it is not fully examined." If it is understood from the general, then it should be subsequently established from the specific, etc., showing that this is clear is called "Establishment is for others." For understanding elsewhere, it is not subsequently established for others, and understanding itself is not subsequently established by its own nature, because it is established, and what is going to be explained should also be observed. If there is no ultimate, there is no boundary of entry.
