The thought, "It is happiness," is the thought of "mine." The term "that itself" means "if that is absent." If there is a self that is associated, how can attachment and other causes of suffering be established? Therefore, it does not become a fault, because it is impossible to be free from attachment, because there is no object. Even if the self is the cause of suffering, is it not something that should not be abandoned? Abandoning it is accomplishing suffering, and being associated with suffering is cultivating suffering. In this way, suffering does not arise, so the thought is that I am also separated from that nature of being associated with it. The term "cultivating suffering." What is done with the thought of "mine" is that if it is the object that I do not abandon, then it is the same for "mine." How does cultivating suffering become the cause of abandonment? In order to show this meaning, the term "by destroying the thought of mine, abandoning here." If that is destroyed, how can it be separated but only grasped? In order to show this, the term "." It is unreasonable that the thought of "mine" alone is not there, because its place of enjoyment is the body, and what accomplishes enjoyment is the senses, as it is said. In order to show this, the term "grasping as the basis of enjoyment." If it is contrary to cultivating suffering, then like the self, it will also change for "mine," which is the meaning. The term asks, "What will cultivating suffering become?" The term "if that is the cause of happiness." Conversely, it starts from having the cause of suffering. In order to show that the body and so on are not merely the establishment of the promise of one's own thought, but are established by direct perception, the term "is direct perception." Like the name of mother, for the body and senses and so on, it is "mine." By dwelling on the name of "mine" mother, cultivating suffering and obtaining the destruction of suffering, thinking "from the association of union and so on," the term "from the association of union and so on." Generally, cultivating suffering is proclaimed by focusing on the body and senses and so on, and focusing on that is also the nature of the basis of enjoyment and so on, and that being related to union and so on is the thought of "mine."

Because it is the place of that. How can one be separated from the mind that grasps as mine, while obtaining the practice of suffering? Although it is seen that the basis of enjoyment and so forth, which is related to the mind itself, is the mind of "mine," it is also known to be the cause of suffering. The perception of mother is due to the false imputation on the nature of the mother seen. Suffering is not falsely imputed because the separation from connection is not seen. However, only benefiting is related to the body and so forth. If it is not meeting and gathering and so forth, then since all the reasons for the mind of benefiting "mine" are present, if one is separated from that, the nature of suffering is not seen, so there is no nature of being the chief, as it is said. "Even if there is no gathering and so forth." The so-called "in all" means that there is no chief. If the chief is done by another, although the nature of the body and senses and so forth are the cause of suffering, although they are mine, they do not become the object of the mind of "mine," like the sweet food eaten by an illusion. That also becomes only the mind of "mine," not becoming "mine," as one thinks, that is, "because it produces suffering." The body and senses and so forth, they are not entirely suffering, not only suffering, nor mostly suffering. Like food mixed with poison, as it is said, "It is not entirely suffering." Although it has become not only suffering, or not only mostly suffering, because the nature of happiness alone is mostly present. Even so, because it is overcome by suffering, like food mixed with poison, it becomes only something not to be taken. The beauty of the body is also like the reason that leprosy alone is a bad fate, as one thinks. The particularly excellent one, because there is no part of suffering, the superior one is because there is only the nature of happiness. Contrary to that, mixing with the part of suffering, and having differences, like mixing with poison, abandoning attachment becomes turning away. If there is not that, then it is said how those with attachment enter into obtaining, that is, "if not obtained."
