This is to be known. The phrase "because of the very first statement" refers to the verse that says "to become a valid means of cognition." The nature of accomplishment is the Sugata himself, and to show what that is like, it is "abandoning the cause." The phrase "without doubt, without a place" is based on the reasoning that "if one does not like being alone, one will want a second." Seeing selflessness through reason, therefore it is different. "That is true, different self-nature." Through this sentence, because it is thought that the meaning of what is said is not being negated, it is shown that the words "seeing" and "reason" express the path of "seeing" and "meditation." Conjunction is habituation, and the phrase "through meditation" is because it is said in the Sutra Pitaka that "it makes yoga abide equally." Alternatively, the phrase "seeing selflessness" is that merely the sentient being who wants to manifest the other is directly harmed, because it does not include the selflessness of phenomena, so to explain that it is the meaning of manifestation, it is "or, conjunction is." The phrase "non-duality" is not different, because it is said that "this aspect of one exists in knowledge." Alternatively, the phrase "one" is because it focuses on the vast, so it is thought that the difference is not understood because they are not mutually compatible. If that is the case, then it is reasonable to focus on other things, which is not focusing on things. How can they not be mixed with each other? If it is experienced in that way, then it is not a conceptual thought that grasps in that way. Even if it is, it cannot go beyond understanding in that way. If it is not completely understood, then it is like that, but that is not like that. Therefore, it is to be known that non-duality itself is mutually following. Alternatively, the phrase "if you see selflessness" refers to the manifestation of two kinds of selflessness, which refers to the noble Hearers and so on. Bodhisattvas, on the other hand, have conjunction with that selflessness, which is having, being completely familiar, but not manifesting, because if they do not attain the Buddha's dharmas, they will pass into nirvana in the intermediate state. To clearly explain that through this, going to the world of the Pervader and so on, one will be liberated, is "seeing selflessness everywhere." When, for he who sees self, happiness is the person

means that if one thinks that attaining happiness is doing, then being close to the feeling of happiness is the pervasive conceptualization of attachment or anger, thereby constantly wandering in samsara and not stopping. At that time, the upright people say that birth is only suffering, and if one awakens from cultivating suffering, one can recognize all the faults of seeking. This constantly seeking thing, which has many enemies, is rare even if obtained. Because of that reason, it also causes the body and mind to generate suffering with many branches, so one will not be attached, nor will one accumulate the cause of samsara. Therefore, in order to be liberated from all suffering, and also because there is a self, who will be liberated from seeing the state of no-self? Thinking that it is impossible is what is meant by "what is non-returning." Regarding this, if one temporarily clings to self, then it is impossible to have faults and uselessness by cultivating suffering, because there is no feeling of suffering. The shown "returning again" means that the reason for returning again is obtaining the self-clinging that retreats from destroying self-clinging. Therefore, even if there is a seed of self-clinging, if the body and so on have the seed of clinging to self, because this is the essence of attachment, one will not enter the branch of abandoning the feeling of suffering, just like suffering. If the body and so on also have a lot of suffering, will it also become a mind that abandons self-clinging? If there is a reason for that, that itself is hatred for this, and because one is attached to the opposite of this, the karma arising from this is the cause of birth, so it is said to be birth. Therefore, clinging to self and so on is the essence of attachment, and relative to beneficial things, it is the pervasive conceptualization of attachment, and relative to harmful things, it is what should be hated. Therefore, the pervasive conceptualizations of attachment and the things that should be hated, because they are all the nature of false recognition, clinging to self is ignorance. Those are also the same.
