For those who possess discriminating thoughts, if they think they will not engage in anything, but if they are attached to the happiness of others or to eliminating the suffering of others, then because they do not rely on their own happiness, etc., they will engage in obscuring attachment to the self. If they are attached to this, if the self has no fruit, how can they be attached? One should not seek such excuses. If the fruit of selfhood is also not attached to itself, then it will not cause attachment. This is what is meant by "because of attachment to self." If another is one's own supreme, then one will only regress due to attachment to oneself, and this is what is meant by "from the distinction of manifest desire." To show that this is what is seen, this is what is meant by "because of attachment to a son." Some, although they do not have an excellent attachment to the self of others, but because of excellently practicing selflessness, if the attachment to self and selfhood excellently reverses, then because of abandoning the cause of the nature of self-attachment, which is the essence of it, even if an object arises from the collection of objects, the fruits of happiness and suffering, etc., will not arise. To show this, from "Therefore, becoming the master of selflessness" to "What harm is there in that?" From this, it can also be seen that because the habit of the manifest desire to be accustomed to seeing selflessness is very excellent, the habit of suffering is obscured, so the fruit of suffering does not arise as if it were based on an object. This is what is meant by "accustomed to what alone." If there is no grasping of self and selfhood, then merely seeing the cessation of formations is excellent, because the practice is very excellent. Suffering is produced by the habit that is the essence of attachment to self, etc., and if it is not there, it will not arise. This is what was said earlier, and now it is summarized as "very." "Many" means most of the combination, that is, the collection of the root mind. "In many ways" means that there are various distinctions existing in the aggregates, elements, and sources, etc., of the mind that follows it, and this is the collection of various distinctions. By practicing with the collected mind for many times, one can obtain many combinations.

This means that all appearances will become clear. In the explanation, seeing selflessness, even if there is a difference in abandonment. Realization means the increase of wisdom. The so-called many methods refer to the merits of supernatural powers and direct perception, etc. The absence of these is a fault, such as the wrong behavior of the mind, etc. Subtle and coarse faults reside in the heart, because the meditation of seeing selflessness is very excellent, and subtle faults of the past and future will also become subtle because of this. Because meditating together with similar things that exist in it, it is extremely subtle and difficult to detect, but it can also be detected, which shows the excellent realization. Habit is like saying that unclean language is stuttering, an unclean body is like walking by jumping, an unclean mind is always unable to abide, and the unpredicted mind manifests and runs, because of the difference in the fruit of afflictions such as pride, even if there are no afflictions, it will appear in noble hearers and others. Acting for the benefit of others, whose behavior is this? This is the Great Hero's, and compared with the rhinoceros horn (Pratyekabuddha) and others, the superiority lies in the abandonment of habits. Grasping the body, senses, wisdom, and feelings, etc. as self and what belongs to self, it is determined that this is the root of suffering. Conversely, seeing selflessness is the antidote, because there is no thought of suffering, so one clings to self and what belongs to self. The so-called many ways, many methods, etc., from then on, through meditation, etc., meditate on it, because a certain meditation is very excellent, so one can see everything. Destroying the cause is very excellent. Moreover, by being accustomed to the methods of merits such as supernatural powers, it possesses perfect merits. This only points out these, but merely through these one cannot attain omniscience, because hearers and others do not distinguish, so they will fall into fault. If you think so, that is the meaning of "or, if." In order to show that this debater has been answered many times, this is the meaning of "the explanation for this is." The so-called all the faults and merits of the samsaric being appear, refers to
