Because it is impossible for non-existence to exist. If there is no awareness in states such as dullness, how do you consider that to be an object of cognition? Because that itself is the object of cognition, because it arises from that alone. If it is said that it exists beforehand, then there is no valid cognition for the statement that the bodiless is the self. If the minds of those who have arisen are autonomous, then wouldn't there be no distinction due to the mutual parts and the possessor of parts themselves? The mind is not one alone, nor is it another, because there is no difference. The mind itself is not the mutual connection of all, because it is contradictory for any part other than the one connected to a mind to be a limb. What is said about this is the difference of what has arisen, or the difference of what has become complete also comes from the mind. This "This is my body," etc., for this non-different knowledge, knowing as the self of my own being, is it not focused on oneself? "My own self" is imputed like "the head of Rahu." Even if I focus on others, it is not established to eliminate in all places. Therefore, this shows: The consciousness that grasps at self, Its own nature is reasonable as self. For the time being, this is the answer to "the consciousness that knows self." Whenever the single awareness with awareness arises, when it establishes the object, I am only the unhidden, not the object to be grasped. As it is said: The unhidden is manifest. Just as awareness is unhidden because it does not depend on other awareness, so too, knowledge does not depend on others, therefore I am manifest, this is to show That self is established as the object of knowledge. This knowledge of self is what will see self, this is to state approximately, not to say I, I. If there is an experience of blue, then all three are unhidden, but the meaning is that there is no other knowledge whatsoever in my experience. When my knowledge has not yet arisen, then the meaning

When all three experiences are not hidden, what is the case with the state of a yogi, and with death and fainting, etc.? This is also true, when by the power of recognizing what was seen before, one thinks "I" is permanent, even if there is no experience of things, if there is awareness of "I", then it is only change. This state sometimes occurs even when one has not fallen asleep, because it is neither cognition of things, nor grasping at "I", nor is it oppressed by heavy sleep. Even so, "I" is self-manifesting. This is a state of Brahma, in which one does not realize oneself as the agent or the eater. These alone, and the state of being a knower, the agent, etc., are not untrue, because action is the cause, and if there is no action, then there is none in the state of Brahma, but it is not that there is none because it is untrue, but because there is no harm. Just like that, sometimes the object is the awareness of "I", sometimes it is not hidden by the cognizer of things, and sometimes it does not depend on experiencing things or on the awareness of "I", but is constantly abiding in its own original face, all three of these states are "I". Moreover, this third state, because there is no doubt about the state of the body, commentators, etc. have not elaborated on it, because the reason why the differences of various consciousnesses related to karma are not understood is reason. It will be shown in this way that what is seen on other days will become "I saw it like this" on later days, and this thing called "I" is the seer of blue, etc., not the body or the senses. Similarly, since it is not appropriate to have discriminations such as collecting and distinguishing, the appearance of "my body or senses" as different is like "my body", because it does not depend on the reason for the difference in states. Awareness is "my state" is called "I", and similarly, the essence of other states of the body can be considered to be the body, just as the main meaning of the word "my", for "I"

Not understanding the weakness. Therefore, it will become the cause of distinguishing these two. Thus it is said. If it is said, "My self is not like that," it means: having the cause of understanding the distinction. That is to say, knowledge itself is not the seer, and the difference between the past and the present will also appear, because it seems that there is no difference. This self has become manifest. Now I am also the knower. That moment is the object of knowledge. What should be analyzed. The object that entered earlier may be known. If so, from where there is no this, saying "knowing" becomes untrue. The object that is taken now, it is reasonable to say "knowing." Therefore, knowing is not true, because from where knowing is not this. Apart from the constant, there is no one continuum, and being similar to knowledge itself is not the object of knowledge as the self, because it will also become the fault of others. If the knower himself is similar, then other bodies will also become like that, and if everyone knows, they will also remember "I am." If it is indeed different, then in one continuum, the previous and the subsequent are only different. In one continuum, arising, in an instant, that will also be remembered. Just like the knowledge of other bodies, vases and other external things also exist.
