It is not possible to understand through observation. Regarding this, one should always examine whether this arises from hair seen previously. Just as understanding blue of the same kind from seeing the form of blue, proximity also becomes non-existent. It is also not that contradictions are not confused, because no connection is established for understanding things. Because things are to be inferred. Because the previous observation is seen as the producer. Because things are not seen at any time, because there is always dispute. Similarity is immediately another form, and if asked what is proximity, it is not, because it is also seen that absinthe juice etc. are determined as proximity, this has been explained more than once. However, if it is said that "experience is being experienced," then it is not certain like things. Therefore, if asked "is there no fault?", then this is not always the case for it either. If, like how worldly people experience things, experience is determined as being experienced, therefore, by seeing that the cause of observation is certain, then it will be understood that this is experiencing things, not experiencing experience. If experience is also an experience, then it itself will become undoubtedly certain. To this it is stated: merely being called "cause" does not produce results at all times. Cause depends on co-operators, thereby producing an effect. To illustrate this: for things, this is not always the case either. For things, it is also not always undoubtedly certain, because confusion is seen in some cases. Or, it is always only undoubtedly certain for things. Because the form that becomes the self-nature of experience is undoubtedly certain itself. If it becomes like that through proximity, it is not, because it cannot be understood through proximity. In any place where it mainly enters, no things are seen either. Because without it, the understanding of proximity is difficult to arise. Therefore, the certainty of thinking "this is a thing" is based on the power of beginningless habits, not arising merely from experience. Even in dreams, things are not seen, even so, the certainty of thinking "this is a thing"
