Therefore, knowing is said to be the second nature. If it is reasonable that the nature of consciousness is the speaker, then there is this explanation: The wise have this debate: because relying on external objects, the statement of two ways is possible, and also, simultaneous experience is certain. Relying on others, after acknowledging external objects, can one speak of two ways. For the wise, the nature of consciousness is the speaker. It has already been explained that different things cannot have a definite experience. If consciousness itself has no form, then, because the forms are different, it will sometimes grasp with different forms. If the grasping itself is the form of grasping that yellow and so on do not exist, and blue itself is the form of happiness, and it itself is grasped with the form of suffering, then: For yellow and so on, there is also grasping, what is the form and blue that is seen? What is this, knowing that it is it? Is it direct perception or inference? For the time being, it is not direct perception, because direct perception arises for prior and later things. If there is no direct perception, then it is not inference either, therefore prior and later things are not the object of valid cognition. Then, since direct perception cannot grasp coming and going, how can fire and so on become inference elsewhere? It is not so, because inference is an object of generality, so it infers by considering the object of grasping as one. For example, considering the honeycomb and other existing things as one, and clearly stating "This is fire," this needs to be established together with other things. But in reality, they are not one. Similarly, here, in the form of grasping, blue is still different from it. Therefore, after admitting that there is no different cause, the grasped and the grasper, or the nature of awareness and the form of blue, are proven to be different. Therefore, things themselves are not different, but it exists in the universal imputation. There, true existence depends on its own characteristics, and simultaneous appearance is certain. Therefore, in the ultimate truth, there is no difference at all. When knowledge has no form, it is always pure.

If the clarity and non-clarity and turbid nature of transformation are not, then other forms will also be seen. For example: By the difference of the senses, clarity, Non-clarity, guides, and so on, The consciousness that grasps different appearances Points to the same object. How does the same object become various appearances? For example: If it does not appear there from that object, Because the nature of the object is the same, Then all those with the nature of that object Will become the same nature. If the image-consciousness is without image, then at that time the object to be grasped itself will appear. That is also just one image, therefore it will not become different appearances. It has already been explained that things are not multiple images. Even if it is the image of things, how can it become multiple images? The image of consciousness should also become one image, then the fault of multiple images still exists, if you say so, there is no fault, for example: It arises depending on the object, And follows its essence, It also differs from some others In some parts. What will arise as its image is that it transforms into its image from things other than the object, for example, the moon, although the image is the same, it will transform into the image of the power of cataracts and so on. For example: Depending on the father, Even though it is the image of that father, From some parts, Differences can be seen. The son born similar to the father does not not hold the image of the other mother. Showing that the difference of the senses is different: The circles of lamps and so on, Have the appearance of peacock feathers, Blue and red and luster Clear. Unclear eyes will see. Those whose eye power is weakened by cataracts will see lamps and so on, with various differences in blue and other forms, round and bright. However, if that kind of thing itself becomes the true nature of the lamp, then at that time: If it is an external object, How can the clear senses be powerless? The unclear will also see. And that is also unclear, the senses have not declined, for example: If you see correctly, you will see it, The senses decline
