Although not that, yet taken by the distinction of habits, its aspects are also seen as different. If it is said that even there, the object of focus is the external, which is the nature of that place and another time, because all consciousnesses have an object. If at that time there is no attainment there, so at that time it is not there itself, but at another time it is not in another place, what measure is there in this? For example, if it is said that where a vase is not perceived at what time, it is not there, but not everywhere, here it is said: How does it become different here by the object of focus and so on? When seeing the nature of blue and so on, is there another aspect or not? If other objects are also focused on as other objects, the aspect of blue is also the same, so this is the same. If you answer that it is not different because there is no measure for other aspects, the answer is the same that it is not a different object. There is no harm to the aspect, but there is harm to the object, so the object and the connection with it are not there, but the aspect is not. If it is said that if there is no object of focus on that, then it is not established that all consciousnesses have an object. If there is also an object of focus on that, like this: Apart from the object and the dependent, no connection has ever been seen. If those two are focused on, how does consciousness become without an object? There, the nature of the object and what depends on it appears, and since those two are also true, how does it become the nature of having no object? The connection is not different from those. Therefore, all consciousnesses are those with an object. If there is also an object of focus on the connection, why is it not attained in the same way? Although there is no attainment, it is said to have an object of focus, this is nonsense. If there is no attainment like that, but there is also an object of focus, then there is no inverted appearance, so it contradicts the acceptance. Also, as it appears inverted, so everything changes, so what is the purpose of contemplating others? This has already been declared, so it will not be repeated. If it is not like that because there is no consciousness of harming, although there is no consciousness of harming, it is an inverted appearance, so the harmer is not true. Where it becomes another time

There, it is not by the meaning of understanding the function of habit itself. Its form is from the previous experience, and it is not the appearance of the form of something that does not exist. If knowledge is a momentary phenomenon, then the unborn is not the object to be taught, and the past is not the subject of teaching. If things that are unrelated to each other and exist simultaneously are not the objects to be taught and the subjects of teaching, that is not correct. Because the object to be taught and the subject of teaching are precisely the difference between cause and effect, this has already been explained. This exists only in momentary phenomena, but not in permanent phenomena, so the reason "because it is momentary" is valid for refutation. Therefore, memory has the distinction of grasper and grasped. Abandoning the form of the grasped is not other. Because it is not a real thing, therefore that path is right in front of you. Even if it perishes without a sequel, for the momentary mind, the meaning of habit, what is to be taught, and what can be taught is reasonable, but not for permanence. In a distinctive moment, it arises from the previous moment. Therefore, from then on, at other times, other fruits will arise. This object to be taught and the object that can be taught are no different from cause and effect. The previous destruction becomes taught when it produces the latter, but for a stable thing, a stable thing has no function of habit that can be taught. Because permanence does not change, where would there be cause and effect? For the previous one that exists stably, it is unreasonable to be associated with habit. Just like before, for it, habit will not change, because there is no difference. Because it is the same as and different from the previous one, destruction has habit. Even if it is a moment, there is something in the mind that is in accordance with it. Because the previous consciousness produced it, it will not arise like the later mind. That moment of arising produces other fruits. Therefore, even if it arises and perishes, because the moment exists, it will produce fruit. Even if it perishes without a sequel, what harm is there to the conforming thing? If you say that there are no laws of that time in the later mind, that is not correct, because from the knowledge of similar grasping, the nature is the same. If the habit of the mind of the cow is in line with its sequel

If not in accordance, like the elephant's This mind does not transform into habit. Even if interrupted by others, Due to the firmness of past habits. The consciousness that establishes firmness, Though interrupted, still produces results. The elephant's consciousness, from the past Habits, arises various consciousnesses. If there is an interrupting, discordant consciousness, It greatly increases from other habits. By the destruction of one consciousness, Not all habits are destroyed. Even if a flower is destroyed, From where does that redness arise? Seeds, sprouts, and stems, etc., How do they arise from what is discordant with them? Those that arise from them, Gradually become the nature of producing fruit. Why is this not present in the minds Of buffaloes and other such animals? Therefore, from all these, The consciousness of birth possessing all aspects, Is reasonably destroyed in a single moment. Even if its basis is destroyed, Others become the basis of power. Since the powers are not different, The moment itself does not decay. Those possessing habits, the stream of habits, Is not desired to be like the stream of consciousness, Habit is the nature of power. From habit, those consciousnesses arise, And those are also habits. Those that are mutually equal, Similarity is like fine sand. The cause that is the nature of power, Why are there also discordant qualities? Therefore, from a discordant cause, A discordant, different result will arise. Therefore, this reversed clinging, Is conventionally existent, but not a real entity, If its result is different, Why is it not possible? Those who desire firmness for the sake of knowledge, And the habituation of knowledge, Do not grasp as habit, nor desire Those as any habit at all. Flowers, madhu, lunga, etc., And whatever is dyed with saffron, etc., Its nature, in that result, Is habit itself due to transformation. Whatever habit is logically established, Having thoroughly examined, rejects external objects, Even so, all these beings are seized By the demon of clinging to external appearances. Therefore, the distinctions of aspects, Are all from the power of habit. Since external objects do not exist, the mind Is without an object of focus. Therefore, all consciousnesses Are without an object of focus, because they are consciousnesses, like the consciousness of a dream.
