Although it is not, even so, it does not obstruct momentariness, and even if it is established, it does not harm the certainty of blue, because in the manner of aggregation, both can be included. There are three that possess: aggregation, separate examination, and harm. Aggregation is "it is both blue and উৎপལ་ (utpala, Sanskrit, blue lotus)", because two dharmas are aggregated together. Separate examination is "is it a person or a pillar", because both are impossible. Harm is "the rope is not a snake", because the snake itself is impossible. Therefore, here, blue and momentariness are aggregated, what fault is there? Here it is said: Because it possesses the characteristic of harm, how can it be aggregated here? The harmer and the harmed, at no time will they be aggregated. If it is certain that blue itself excludes momentariness, then momentariness itself will be obstructed, because what it is away from is its own nature. Recognizing the true nature is the key. If it is said "this does not have this", is it not harming with the measure of non-existence? If it is said that direct perception does not cause harm at any time, that is unreasonable, because like this: This very certainty of "there is not", is not a measure, but the result of a measure. Because what it targets is being away, for that measure it is certain. This certainty is not the measure of the Svātantrika school. Because this follows direct perception, this will not change. If, like some way, the realization of being away arises, even if it has not arisen, even so, merely permissibility obstructs it. This will also be explained below. If blue completely excludes momentariness, therefore it itself obstructs momentariness, how can it be established by others? Or, even if it itself is established, but it is still clarified by others? Here it is said: If the previous realization, is not a measure, how can it not clarify? Without clarifying that meaning, saying it is established is difficult to establish. It also does not clarify, how will such a statement be here? Here excluding it, in other places, it is not related to certainty. Therefore, the former
