If it is said that a word can express nine meanings, that is what is commonly known for it. Then, from where does this statement come that dog meat is not allowed to be eaten in other places and times? Therefore, the so-called "speakable" and "speaker," this thing itself is uncertain, because it relies on the power of arbitrary convention. Therefore, even if the Vedas are not man-made, some faults will not be avoided, because universal applicability is irreversible. For applicability and prohibition, because I arise from non-prohibition. Inference follows reputation, the applicable object causes harm. This follows convention, for words, meaning is uncertain. Saying those things that do not exist, prohibition there is contradictory. If someone says that burning dog meat etc. with fire is unreasonable, then applicability will harm the inference of the object. Like this, merely through conventional words, meaning is indeed uncertain. If it is said that only one meaning can be expressed, then what certainty is there? Those who think that eating dog meat is contrary to reputation should be refuted and examined. The statement that the Vedas are not man-made will also be harmed by reputation, because there is a saying that on the Vedic mountain, the author of the Vedas made "Linga," not "Mani" made "Sari." However, the author is only for memory, not for proof. Like this, the word "do" can also be seen in things that are done well, just like saying "do on the back," "do on the feet." No, because there is no other possibility here, so it can be understood like that. If it is said that there is no measure for no other possibility, so there is no understanding, then all the scriptures will become non-man-made, because there is a reason for examination. Therefore, for the Sugata (Buddha), therefore, words with reason, the meaning of words of true meaning, when prohibiting true meaning, shows that there is no harm. If someone says that there is no hearing arising from reason, then there is a fault in this, because it is not through the power related to true meaning.

If it is said, only if what is said does not harm it, that is correct. All those who, like logicians, say "things arising from conventions are also not," that will harm themselves. Therefore, in terms of conventions, that is not reasonable. Therefore, the difference in objects is: in order to show, from fame and inference, although it is not an external object, it is distinguished like the previous four. How to promise, and promising the basis of one's own context, that is what harms, otherwise it is not, because it harms the meaning of what is vowed. It is not the case that in all cases, reversal is harmful, because the two have equal strength. Similarly, fame is also not harmful to the meaning of ultimate truth, but only through understanding, it will harm abandoning fame, therefore it is not in ultimate truth, when explaining different accomplishments, in order to show the necessity, these two are, with reasons, speaking for themselves, not harming direct perception and inference. On this, the teacher said this: what one wants to show by its own nature, if it is not refuted by direct perception, inference, scripture, and fame, that is a thesis. For example, sound is not heard, a pot is permanent, and so on. Saying that there is no valid cognition with a measurable meaning, this is only contradictory to valid cognition, for whom, because it is uncommon, the meaning that contradicts inference is refuted by the fame arising from sound, that is also not a thesis, thus establishing the harm of direct perception and inference, saying that it has the cause of harm spoken by scripture, that is, only vowing, and the fame arising from sound. It is not like that, if the teacher does not wish to show different objects, then these two would not be said to have reasons. Therefore, the intention of the most important Lord of Logic among all logicians is this. For distinguishing connecting words, focusing on this wholeheartedly, and being skilled in what is said, it is impossible to say anything other than the need for complete expansion. Like this: (a holy being) possessing a mind that can penetrate from within and destroy the vast and boundless terrible darkness, auspicious!
