That which is completely determined by valid cognition must be accepted. If breathing and so on, all have habituation as a prerequisite, then how can it become without support when separated from one's own habituation? The nature of the result is such that whatever does not arise elsewhere after abandoning the cause. If it is not like that, then it is not the product of that, because the product arises from the things of the producer and the produced, which follow and contradict each other. Therefore, the eye and so on are those that have the eye and so on, which arise from habituation of the same kind, as a prerequisite. If it arises from smoke, it is not always only from smoke. The উৎপལ་ (Sanskrit Devanagari: उत्पल, Sanskrit Romanization: utpala, Chinese literal meaning: blue lotus) arising from উৎপལ་ (Sanskrit Devanagari: उत्पल, Sanskrit Romanization: utpala, Chinese literal meaning: blue lotus) is also the same, how can it be like a calf being heavier than its mother? Similarly, the painting arising from the painter, how can it be the same for a bird? Similarly, whatever special change arises from habituation, that will also change into something else. That is not the case, what is the smoke arising from smoke like? It will not arise from anything else either. What is the special change arising from habituation like? What is the state in the first birth? What is the special feature, the one who arises from hearing, habituation, and so on, becomes like that, and even without the habituation of this birth, it can be seen. That is not harmful to being associated with habituation, because in other places, at the time of past habituation, because it cannot be an object, it is like the habituation that comes from another village. For that very reason, it is not possible to establish that habituation that is not from another world as a prerequisite. Because the result is related to the cause simultaneously. Even if the cause is not seen, it is its result, just like a spiritual friend who has habituation as a prerequisite in another place. Therefore, a foolish statement has come here, some people ask some fools: If a buffalo has long horns, and is not in the belly of a cow, how can it exist? Please tell me. That person said: These buffaloes are not born from the belly of a mother, these came from the time of trade, they were only bought with a price. The fault of annihilationism will also become like that. Or, because it is too extreme, if the mind, which is the result, arises only from those great elements without coming from another birth, then why would it not become the nature of all sentient beings?

If it is said that it is because there is a distinction in the form of complete transformation. Then, why would there be no distinction in complete transformation itself? This is the same refutation. However, some things transform into sentient beings, while others do not. If it is said that there are some things that are not meant to represent the differences between beginningless complete transformations. That is also not permissible. If the difference in complete transformation is not observable, then what is this speculation? Not seeing what is observable is not the object of the term 'existent.' If the difference in complete transformation exists, then it will become an object of focus. However, if speculation is based solely on seeing the result, then the habit of seeing should be examined. If one speculates about what is not seen, it will be difficult. Therefore, exhalation and inhalation, etc., are preceded by the habit of similar kinds. It is well said that this is the case. If it is said that from the result arises, the cause that did not previously arise is established. Then, how can one infer the future arising lives? The explanation for this is: In connection, for that which is capable of seeing, what will be there, and what will not be there? What does not connect from the outside? The former is definitely connected by inference, by inference of inference, etc. If it is said that dust and the like are produced from the absence of dust, which is characterized by not moving due to habit, and other characteristics, then this is produced only from the great elements. Therefore, the previous life cannot be established from that either. Therefore, the beginningless stream of lives cannot be established. If it is not beginningless, then even if another smoke arises from smoke, it will never be a continuous stream. Therefore, like smoke, there will also be interruption, so there is also no last sentient being, and there will be the fault of the arising of a sentient being that did not exist before. That is also not the case. The attachment of beings is also, because of habituation to weakness, etc., therefore, that is also because that precedes it, the wheel of existence has no beginning. The forms of weakness, etc., are not the nature of sentient beings, but arise from the habit of similar kinds. For example, dust and the like are from habit
