If someone says that young children are not certain, then it is said here: One is temporarily obscured, the difference of mind is constant, because it is seen as different, therefore another different is established. Because it is said that mind and mental factors are not different, it is not acceptable to admit that, even if admitted, it must be answered, if feelings and so on enter very clearly, one obscures the mind and so on, even if it does not become a very clear object, but at other times it will become an object of focus, so feelings and mind and so on are different. Because at other times it takes its own nature as an object, just as the stars whose ability to shine is obscured by the rays of the sun are non-existent at that time. Wisdom and experience are not like that, because they are never clearly perceived as different. Mental factors sometimes hold onto things that have become clear. If someone says, isn't holding onto characteristics and so on the same as conceptual thought, haven't you realized that? Or is it not non-conceptual? No, because there are also mental factors in that. For example, sometimes immediately after experiencing, there is the mental activity of grasping at characteristics, and sometimes it is the conceptual thought of thinking "I should do this", so it can be determined that from the conceptual thought that follows experience, even in the absence of conceptual thought there are mental factors. Therefore, for their differences, there is also a part of wisdom, but wisdom and experience do not have this, this is the truth. The wisdom of yoga has been said before. If those are produced by cultivation, from eliminating the net of conceptualization, they appear as clear. The wisdom of yogis who have the object of the Four Noble Truths has been said. If you ask, from what cause does that arise? The answer is: it is produced by cultivation, that is, it has the cause of cultivation. It also appears clearly because of the power of cultivation, and because it appears clearly it is without conceptualization, therefore it is direct perception. If because it arises from the power of meaning, so the wisdom that now has meaning as its object can reasonably be without conceptualization, this

If it is said, how does one become accustomed to the past and the future, and to objects that do not exist? It is merely habituation, without any conceptualization. Even if it is an object that does not exist, meditation can still have an effect on such a result. Just like this: Disturbed by desire, fear, and sorrow, and deluded by dreams of thieves, etc., just like being in front, one will also see unreal things. The knowledge of unreal objects is not born from the power of things, nor is it related to conceptualization, because it is seen as if it were in front. If this is the case, merely having the appearance of being in front is the manifestation of non-conceptualization. However, even if it is related to conceptualization, it is clearly manifest, if it is said that it is not because there is no conceptualization, then it is not. No, the connection with conceptualization and subsequent events is not one that has a clear manifestation of things. Even in dreams there is recollection, recalling things that do not have meaning. The nature of conceptualization is only hidden objects, this has already been explained. If it is not established in this way, it will not become related to conceptualization. In dreams, one also experiences conceptualization as hidden objects, but those are not clearly manifest. If it is clear by the power of delusion, then contradictions will also not become unclear in dreams, etc. The appearance of experiencing recollection is also seen in dreams, therefore, the conceptualization arising from delusion is also not clear. Therefore, knowledge with a clear appearance is only non-conceptual. To this, the Vaibhashika says: Through the power of meditation, things established by valid cognition will appear clearly, because through meditation, when one is free from the defilement of ignorance, things will appear as their own nature. For things that do not exist, because they do not have their own nature, what will appear? The knowledge of yogis is of objects of the past and future, because the past and future exist. The explanation for this is: Impurity, decay, earth, etc., even if they are unreal, through the power of meditation, one can see them transformed into non-conceptual and clear manifestations. Impurity, etc., are not real mental activities, the sky, etc., do not exist. However, earth, etc.
