If it does not hold by means of different kinds, and cannot become the holder, then, if the kinds are different, then the person will not become the holder of all, therefore, the enjoyer itself will be lost. The person is not of the same kind as sound, etc., because that is not the nature of the subject, and happiness, etc. are the opposite. If it is said that it is not the holder, that is not right, because it would be a fault of not being the enjoyer. The person is considered to be the enjoyer. There is no other enjoyer other than the experiencer. This negates cause and effect. Why? Because the happiness of wisdom and sound, etc., comes only from the things themselves that are taken and can be taken as cause and effect. Because blue, etc., produce wisdom by applying their own aspects to it, this itself is what is taken, and not others. What is taken itself comes from the things themselves of cause and effect, therefore, what is taken itself is established as cause and effect. What is taken itself is also what arranges. If the person also holds sound, etc., then that will also become their fruit, even if that is not the case, therefore it is uncertain. Or, this negates cause and effect, because it is not established. What is said is that wisdom and happiness are not things that are taken and can be taken as cause and effect. Wherever there are things that can be taken and are taken, they will not become the nature of cause and effect, just like the happiness of the person and sound, etc. However, if wisdom and the person, etc., become the nature of cause and effect from the things themselves that are taken and can be taken, then, from that itself, that is like cause and effect. If that is the case, the person will also become the fault of not wanting to be the fruit, or that itself will become uncertain. Or, wisdom and happiness are not cause and effect, because there is no taking and holding itself. Even if there is, that will become other. Therefore, that is internal, and because it is what is experienced, it is mind. Why? Because it is the experience of self-knowing nature.

It is. That is its experience. Because the external realm itself does not have प्रमाण (pramāṇa, Devanagari: प्रमाण, Romanization: pramāṇa, literal meaning: measure), and because it is experienced in the internal realm. Whatever thing is cognized, understand that to be the suchness of that thing. Without experience, things are not established as existing. Because it is not the object of cognition, therefore it is not the object of its cognition. Happiness and so on are also not cognized in accordance with the nature of external objects. It is not reasonable to say that experience is other and things are other. It is not permissible to say that the cognition of blue is yellow. Therefore, when cognition enters into the nature of self-awareness, it is precisely making the nature of self-awareness clear, and it is not cognition that happiness and so on are to be understood by others. Form and so on are cognized by entering through the eye and so on, therefore it is not the nature of self-awareness. Alternatively, happiness and so on are not apprehended without aspects, therefore, because it is to be cognized by the aspect of happiness itself, consciousness is also established as the aspect of happiness, therefore it is established that the happiness contained within it is the nature of awareness. If happiness and so on also become external objects like a pot and so on? That is not reasonable. Because although the aspect of a pot and so on becomes the nature of consciousness, it is produced by other proximity, because the action of it and so on is not understood. The aspect of happiness and so on becomes special due to the power of habituation, therefore it is not dependent on other proximity. Even if it is dependent on habituation, happiness
