If so, (then) all wish to be blessed by the mind of the nature of karma, just like this: From karma arise all kinds of worlds, that is mind and made by it. This is the meaning (of the above view). If it is said that it is only from karma that it arises, this is not to be argued, but to argue that the mind other than karma, (that is) Ishvara blesses (karma). Just as (it is said in the scriptures): That is the karma that is manifested by being driven by Ishvara. If, when arguing that the karma blessed by the mind of Ishvara is the precursor, (if someone says) that there is no need to argue for what has already been established, (then) it is not so, if the nature of the mind itself exists in itself, then it is meaningless to argue for another mind. Without mind, one cannot enter, because one sees that one enters only after determining "this is it". Therefore, either one enters after determining oneself, or one is driven by determination, there is no other way. For those without mind, because they cannot determine themselves, if there is no other determination, then they will fall into a state of not being able to enter. Therefore, some think that there must be a driver with a mind. To this, (the refuter says): The nature of karma itself is mind, if it is the cause of entering, then for determination, there is no need for other determination. Even so, the example does not hold, although pottery pots etc. are made by sentient beings, they are not made by Ishvara, because there is no need to look for reasons elsewhere. That is also done for one's own purpose, entering is related to Ishvara, so it will become endless. Or, potters etc. also start making (pottery) after being put in (clay) because they do not understand (the process of making pottery). The Ishvara who understands these is not driven to enter by other (forces). Just like this: The born do not have knowledge, so they have no autonomy over their own suffering, Ishvara will also either go to the heights or to the cliffs. Those who do not understand (the situation) and have a mind also cannot determine, because they cannot determine, so like pottery pots etc., they are driven by other (forces). It is not Ishvara, because he can determine. Therefore, it is not endless,

Again, it is not so. If the agent is established, then it becomes all-knowing. Since there is no end to becoming, the agent also comes from that. That becomes a great mutual dependence. If it is established that the supreme Lord is the agent of all things, then at that time he will become all-knowing, otherwise not. Even if he is all-knowing, he must be the instigator, otherwise, since there is another instigator, there will be no end. Furthermore, if he is all-knowing, why does he cause beings to enter into the terminology of non-saints? Those with discernment are seen to be the near indicators of the holy. Since he also generates beings who engage in perverse actions, how can he be a valid measure? Or, he only makes the near indication of the holy, therefore he is a valid measure. The act of non-dharma is to experience the fruit of the non-holy. Therefore, the one who bestows the fruit of the valid measure is the one with discernment. If you say so, that is also not right, because: This is also in non-dharma, beings also enter, it is unreasonable to have done so, how does one enter into reason? For a while, the first is to enter into reason itself, and then to reverse it, because it is in dharma, how is this Lord a prior discriminator? Therefore, the saying that one should be respected and abandoned arises. Or, this causing to enter into sin is blessed by his karma. If so, then the one who makes aware is lost. Why does he cause that karma to be done? The fault is the same. Or, this does not cause to do non-dharma, but causes to experience the fruit of doing non-dharma, like the Lord other than that. If you say so, it is also meaningless, because: The other Lord is powerless, he cannot prevent sin. He is from among the powerless, he is very willing to reverse. Or, this is powerless. If so, like sin, all is not done by the Lord, one should praise like this, in order to make what is said self-perfect, do dharma and so on also come from that? Furthermore, even when the world has no Lord,
