If it is not seen in this way? For it, because of burning through cutting and so on, distinction arises externally, therefore, a part with branches, therefore, it does not become mixed, there is no fault, if you say so. For the collection of jewels, it is also examined in the same way, therefore, there is the fault of being the same. If you say that although blue and so on are observed to exclude each other, but because their tactile nature is the same, and they are not completely cut off from each other, therefore, the branch exists for each branch. That is also unreasonable. As it is said: Blue and other distinctions are the same for colored cloth and so on. The kinds of distinctions such as blue and so on are different, running together with tactile sensations and so on without distinction, is the nature of colored cloth where threads gather, and artificial flat colored cloth and so on are also the same. Therefore, for one it is with branches, and for the other it is not, where does this distinction come from? If you say that for it, the branch is form, only seen in that way. If you say, if blue and so on are excluded, seeing other colors is very strange. If you say that for artificial products such as colored cloth, for the branch, it is the form itself, manifestly clinging, if observed in this way. At that time, other colors, except for existing in the nature of distinctions such as blue and so on, are also absent for those that are not artificial. For it, only the manifest clinging itself becomes the occasion. Then, even without branches, it exists for the artificial ones. Therefore, that hope is also absent, therefore, it is not reasonable for color to be the form of a branch, because manifest and subsequent inference are not established. If one is pulled, others come, this can also be seen on magnets and iron and so on. Observing many at the same time is also established there. However, for artificial ones, the observation of blue and so on changes gradually, while for others it is together, if you say that such a difference exists. That is also not right. The form of time and meaning, in the wisdom of the same understanding, one is with sequential meaning many, and the other is without sequential meaning one. Although the form of time and meaning is the same, but wanting to appear as artificial and non-artificial.

Among those variegated minds, one is sequential and does not manifest meaning, while the other is non-sequential, and the one with parts fully enjoys its own object of experience. What is the meaning of this? Recognizing all as equal is not an object of admitting inconsistency. If one wishes to manifest what is false and what is not false, then merely admitting without measure is without protection. If it is by the power of some valid reason that this distinction of one and many natures exists, then what fault is there in this? That is not true, for example: because minds are of various natures, things are also of various natures. If that is not the cause, then how is this distinction established? The mind itself that appears as one and many natures is valid for establishing its nature, because there is no other valid cognition's creation. If the creation is unobstructed, and other valid minds eliminate those minds that establish in that way, merely by the reason of similar dharma, then this similarity of dharma will not be found anywhere, therefore, since things are not distinctly established, everything will become confused. Therefore, for those minds that are established through relation from other appearances, it is reasonable to say "appearance is meaningless." If things can be completely accomplished merely from similar dharma, for whom is it not present, therefore, everything is accomplished or no one is accomplished. Inference that apprehends the connection with perception, cannot be abandoned by another inference or another perception that arises in that way, because it holds contradiction. A valid cognition is not eliminated by a valid cognition, because if the strengths are equal, how does it eliminate? Even if the strengths are not equal in eliminating, how is it valid? Or, whatever is harmed by inference, that is not valid cognition itself. If whatever contradicts perception, that is not inference itself, then it will similarly become a fault. Or, how does appearance become a fault related to the cause, and not inference? Because it
