Etc., are also all conventional truths, and that is all that is being said now. What other cause does the application of the sound of the meaning of words to these six depend on? When substance etc. are applied, the characteristic of the application of its own nature is that it comes involuntarily without any other cause. If the sound of the meaning of words that is applied without a cause should be called "that is the main thing," then whatever sound is "great" etc. has the cause of qualities, so whatever is applied without a cause is undoubtedly ordinary. Therefore, that which has meaning is the main thing, and the other is ordinary, if you say that, that is also not true. For example: How is it established from fame? Because of the thing and its similarity. Whatever is said to be ordinary, because non-things are also established on things. Whether there is a cause or not, it is the main thing to apply from other than fame, and whatever is applied in that way in reliance on what is similar to it is not the main thing, because it is also seen that non-existence is established on things such as sons. Meaningful itself, or other can also be, if the cause of the main thing is only fame, if it is not like that, it will be seen upside down. The absence of cause is the cause of establishment when other things change. If the sound of the meaning of words itself is without cause, and if it becomes the main thing like that, then the possession of cause itself will not become the cause of things, because it exists even without it. Whatever arises even without something is not its cause, because cause and effect have the characteristic of following and not following. Cause is the cause, and having a cause is the effect. If you say, how is fame itself the cause of the application of sound without cause? That is also not true. For example: Fame has the characteristic of following conventions, and that also has the characteristic of following the desire to speak, and it is also for the purpose of terminology, the combination is the name and the sound of the four parts. Whatever enters into the convention is the meaning of fame, and the convention is also related to the speaker's intention. If you say that the application of sound has a cause, then the application of sound without the speaker's intention is impossible.

No, no. Even without a reason for entering, entering due to desire is only seeing. For example, like the establishment of names such as lion for a person. Therefore, because of becoming independent for desire, it is reasonable to say that that itself is the reason for entering. If that itself has no reason, why establish sound through the means of symbols? Why establish for reason as well? If it is said to be for the meaning of terms, then even without a reason for entering, terms are the same. Terms also have objects that can function, and it is not the case that without reason it becomes non-functional. If there is no reason, it will not change. If it is said that without castes such as Brahmins, it cannot function, that is not true, because there is no measure for that. There is no measure saying that some castes exist. From aspects of following and contradicting, seeing how many natures can function, only those that conform to approximate combination, it can be considered like that, if it is not like that, it will be too extreme. Therefore, even without reason, symbols are made for the meaning of terms, for example, like establishing symbols for combinations and sounds, and for names such as holding garlands and nature. For those, there are no certain reasons, because holding garlands and nature, etc., are for being able to understand as desired. For the order of letters, there is not even a little reason, if it is not like that, it will be too extreme to understand even without grasping symbols. For what already exists understanding, what symbol is needed? If it is said that the symbol is to make it clear, that is not true, because if there is no understanding, that itself does not exist. For what is not understood, there is no symbol. If it is said that the symbol itself makes it understood, then it will be too extreme to fall into the fault of mutual dependence. As long as the object has not been seen, there will be no establishment of symbols for it. Even if there is no entry of symbols, how can seeing become possible? Nature, etc., are not the nature of abiding. For example, some people make the word "existing in" into a morpheme, and then suddenly make "Ata" appear after it, while others make "Asa" in "existing in" into a morpheme, and then remove the first "A", and make it into "Santi". Therefore,
