For example, it transforms. Therefore, one understands dissimilar things as non-different. Purity and so on, apart from relationships, the category is not seen anywhere. For those things, the cow itself, what is said, this shows horns etc. Just as when asking about the caste of Brahmins etc., what is shown is the lineage and recitation etc., not the caste itself, similarly, for the cow itself, what is shown is milking and harnessing etc., but there is no other category that is the object of valid cognition. Therefore, in reality, the things that are the object of terms, the ultimate reason does not exist anywhere, therefore category is not ultimate. Category is considered to be the object of terms itself. Because it is established only by convention, therefore category is meaningless. Furthermore, if all terms are based on the ultimate reason, then there would be no sound that does not depend on it, which is also obvious. Because, the sounds of things like houses, rows of houses, etc., do not depend on others. Applying the term "thing" to the six meanings of words, and applying the term "row of houses" etc. to houses etc., does not depend on other reasons. For the meanings of words such as substance, there is nothing else called the thing itself. For the time being, the thing itself is not substance, because substance is not included in or does not possess qualities etc. Rows of houses are also not substance itself, because they are not composed of different categories. If it becomes possessed? The explanation for this is: if the house is possessed, then what is the row of houses here? It is said to this: if the house is possessed, then what is the row of houses? It is not substance, nor is it quality and action, because there is no quality in substance. Therefore, it is not quality either. It is also not action, because action depends on substance. It is also not aggregation and particularity, because there is no result of it. If category also exists in quality, therefore it will become category? Therefore it is said: category is the examination of the meaning of terms that are similar to category. There, the reason for this term will become another category. That is also category.
