Here, there is also no conceptualization. All non-erroneous consciousnesses are only non-conceptual. However, this non-erroneousness is also shown through the door of the teacher's selection. Alternatively, what relies on the senses is direct perception. This signifies the very nature of direct perception. Therefore, all consciousnesses that enter with the aspect of direct perception are indeed non-conceptual. Alternatively, because it enters and differentiates, it is direct perception, and differentiating the nature of the object is also only direct perception. Therefore, all that arises from the senses is only non-conceptual. Alternatively, the teacher's mention of non-erroneousness is only non-erroneous, and the name of being free from conceptualization is its very nature. If so, how is erroneous consciousness eliminated? Because all direct perceptions are direct perceptions. Like the consciousness of two moons, even though it appears as two, it is still only direct perception. Therefore, whatever is direct perception for whatever, that is direct perception for that. If that is erroneous for external objects, then that is not direct perception for that. Saying that there is another different from the nature of appearance is only conceptualization. As it is also said: "What becomes distorted is because it is the object of the mind's error." If there is no error for external objects, will it also become conceptual consciousness? That is true. As it is said: "Howsoever one thinks of the meaning, so it is free from aspects. What the wise say, that comes from the power of things." Thus it is explained. Also, difference and the basis of difference, relationship and the laws of the world, holding them and binding them, thus one understands, otherwise not. For example, like someone holding a stick, because there is no understanding of the differences of kinds etc., they do not possess connection, therefore there is no understanding here. Understanding is holding connection. However, the one who makes the connection is also not without separately holding differences etc., for example, like understanding someone holding a stick. Because kinds etc. have not been individually held, because they do not possess that and connection, how can it become the consciousness of the senses?
