There is also no transformation. If the object of apprehension has not transformed into something special, then how could the subject of apprehension transform? If you think like that, that is also not true. Because of the distinction made by certainty and uncertainty themselves. How could there be no distinction here? Because seeing itself is not unreasonable. Becoming knowable itself is not the object of negation. If it is said that becoming knowable through conceptual thought is untrue, that is also untrue. How is truth and untruth established? If it is because of conceptual thought, then what is the measure here? For the mind without conceptual thought, it should also be said to be untrue. It is not the case that just because it has conceptual thought, it is untrue, because it would follow that even without conceptual thought it is untrue. If it is said that it is not so because it is without conceptual thought itself, then it is the same for those with conceptual thought, so there is no difference. Furthermore, how can direct perception be untrue? Not having conceptual thought is uncertain, so it may be untrue, but how can one doubt that manifesting the nature of certainty is untrue? Or, if this certainty is inference, that is also untrue. Because the object has not become hidden, it is impossible to have inference. Because from the distinction of the object itself, the distinction of valid cognition is established, therefore it establishes that valid cognition is not uncertain. If you say so, then all of that is not true. For example, the mind with and without conceptual thought, either enter simultaneously, or enter quickly, foolish people, for those who think they are one, the meaning of this is, if it is thought that conceptual thought like 'cow' can hold the certainty of letters like 'cow', then the direct perception of knowledge is completely with conceptual thought. Because all appearances of holding letters are from the awakening of the seeds of habit arising from the power of previous seeing, thus knowing that the letters appear unclearly. Therefore, that is something else, and the knowledge of the pillar clearly appearing in front is direct perception. Because there is conceptual thought on that, so this itself is the knowledge of direct perception.

No. Then, how does one become attached to one? Only by non-existence. For the time being, the knowledge that "this is a cow" is not attached to the appearance of spots and cows, etc., as one, because it is realized that the appearances are different. The concepts of letters, etc., that arise sequentially are also not of the same essence. The knowledge that appears as letters is not focused on the spots, because even without them, it appears as spots; and the appearance of letters also appears when the eyes are closed. Even without it, appearance is of an uncertain nature, while certainty is different from it. If you say: What is "certainty"? Is it the clear appearance of self-nature? No, because it has already appeared before. When it appears as the previous self-nature, the other form is not clear. Therefore, when the other form appears, how can it be called "certain other"? If you say: Because it is determined to be one with it, it is certain. How can it be truly determined as one for things that appear as different? Then, how do you explain the term "one"? Because the entry of the result is one, it is by the very oneness of the result that it is attached to as one. Then, how does it not become a sequential grasping? Because the object is simultaneously near. It is not the case that the object of direct perception is not near at the time of conceptualizing letters. Or, just as when your object is near, because of rapid entry, it is not necessarily a sequential grasping, so too is our grasping, there is no difference. If the conceptualization is different, then why does its object, as the nature of what is to be said, not appear as unclear? If you say: Because there is no other object there. Then, if no object enters there, thereby blocking it, then will seeing become interrupted? No, because there is no blocking, because it is simultaneous, so it is impossible to block. Furthermore, if conceptualization blocks it, will seeing become interrupted? Then, why not when other kinds of different conceptualizations occur? For that which is direct perception and conceptualization at the same time, there is no interruption, because that itself blocks it
