Because multiple do not enter into one, it is not eliminating on one number. For example, just as distinct seeing and simultaneous perception enter into one's own single nature. Similarly, perception will also enter into the general. Therefore, because two objects of measurement are seen, it will not happen that one number is clear, because perception itself can enter into the general. If the object is definite, because there are no other objects of measurement, the numbers three and one will become clear. If, according to the way it is said, both exist, then the necessity of wanting to prove it will not be accomplished, because the measure enters uncertainly, and because there are many objects of measurement, there are many measures. If it is because of being able to function and not being able to function. Etc., isn't it that many objects of measurement become clear? If so, how is this established? Although it is true, this will also be seen, and thus it will be established. Or, because it causes the other party not to confuse contradictions, there is no fault. Establishing that the measure enters uncertainly is only reasonable. Therefore, all hidden things. In particular, it will not be understood. This is also saying that it is not established. If so, are the numbers three and one not clear? The answer to this is: This fault will not extend excessively, because it is combined with the color general. Because colors etc. are impermanent, it is combined with the impermanence of the color general. Therefore, only the nature of the general is the object of measurement, not the nature of both, so there is no this fault. If it is the nature of the general and the particular, then it will become the fault of the object being uncertain and there being other objects of measurement. If it is only the general, then it is not. If impermanence itself is combined with the generality of color, then it will not become the dharma of things, because any dharma that is understood to be combined with anything, then it itself is also the dharma. If the general is also combined with the general, then it is its own nature, not that of things. Because the general is not of things, its dharma will become the nature of non-things. If so, that is not the case, like this. Non-thing nature not that nature. Thus established, therefore accomplish that.

If asked whether it is established, it is because that which is not is itself established. If, because through general examination, it is not a thing, therefore it is not a dharma of things, then impermanence and so on would also become not a thing itself. If it is said that neither is the nature of a thing, it is not so, because the thing itself is established in that way. Whatever appears in conceptual thought, such as color and so on, and impermanence itself and so on, that exists only in its own nature, because from the very experience of one's own nature, the conceptual thought of this nature arises. If conceptual thought is not related to its own nature, then because its own nature does not appear to it, how is it established in that way? It is not so, because it is related indirectly. Even if it is not directly related, because it is related indirectly, that conceptual thought itself is endowed with non-deception. If it is related to habit, then how is it related to things? Because that habit is related to things. How is it related? Whatever thing becomes, that kind of thing is the cause of the sign-mind, and from that kind of thing arises in that kind of thing the wisdom with signs. It has already been explained that whatever dharma is to be proven is the cause of proof or the pervasive. The cause and the pervasive are also the cause of the mind of the result and the pervaded, and from that mind arises the wisdom with signs, which is indirectly related to things. Therefore, in this way, the sign and the wisdom with signs are related to things through indirect means, so it appears there, even if it is emptiness, it is not deceptive. It is not possible to obtain things merely from appearance, because it is also possible to obtain things from special attachment. It is obtained through entering, not merely through appearance. Entering is also seen from special attachment, and if it were not so, then one would not enter from appearance either. If one enters initially through special attachment, then later, through habit, one can enter from appearance. Therefore, entering and being itself can be obtained. Just as appearance is being itself, so are the cause and the pervasive of appearance, so both can be obtained. This appearance some
