There is nothing that is realized by the nature of the thing itself. Both realize the nature of other things or their own nature, so what is the difference between the arising things? If so, how do direct perception and inference become different objects? Attaching the clear to the unclear, and attaching the unclear to the clear. Or in another way, wherever the future is realized, there, inference is considered a measure. In this way, because it becomes the main thing, direct perception is the measure when entering. What is very familiar, so that one enters without discrimination, there is direct perception. If this is not the case, for what there is discrimination, direct perception acts on it and is a measure, then discrimination will become another measure. However, there direct perception itself is the measure, but discrimination is not, because it holds what has already been held. If you ask: How is holding what has already been held not holding, like this has already been analyzed. It should also be said, like this: If discrimination is not necessary for entering, what does it do? If it is necessary for entering, how is discrimination not a measure? If discrimination itself is not necessary, how is this considered to be simultaneous with direct perception? Unnecessary, even if it corresponds to a yogi, no one pursues simultaneity. However, if one does not enter without it, then direct perception is not a measure. If it is said that one does not enter even without it, then both become measures. If it is said that discrimination is not a measure, because it does not touch the nature of things. Then, direct perception is also not a measure, because it does not touch the nature to be obtained, it has already been said now. Therefore, from following and reversing, if discrimination is not the cause for entering, then at that time, it becomes a measure. The discrimination that enters after direct perception, if it has the ability to enter, then with offering, direct perception is not a measure. If the measure is also a measure, then the eyes etc. also become measures because they are the enterer. If it is said that it is not because it is not knowledge, the similarity is in the previous

Causation also changes. If it is said that it is not because it possesses another object, then it changes in the same object. If it is said that it only changes, it is not so, because there is no knowledge of what should be entered into. The direct perception that grasps the previous moment does not have the nature of an object to be entered into. Therefore, it is only conceptualization, and because it is immediate, it becomes valid cognition. However, it is also entered into the object of entry only through the appearance of direct perception. Even so, conceptualization is valid cognition. If it is said, how can grasping what has already been grasped be valid cognition? Because it causes entry, like inference that follows the sign of nature. Only through appearance, direct perception is not valid cognition, because even a moment will be grasped by direct perception. If it is said that it only changes, then because of grasping the moment, inference will become non-valid cognition, because it grasps what has already been grasped. However, if it is said that it is valid cognition because of establishing terminology, then conceptualization is also like that, and therefore it becomes valid cognition. Therefore, although it enters into a hidden object, there are only two valid cognitions due to the distinction between clarity and non-clarity. Therefore, although it is understood through the nature of another, it is only valid cognition because it is not deceptive. Although it is said how it is not deceptive, it does not grasp the nature of things, so it is only what has been declared. Although it is valid cognition because it is not deceptive, it shows that it is a mistake, like the light of a jewel lamp, running with the thought of a jewel, although there is no difference from false knowledge, how is there a difference in accomplishing the purpose? Thus, if it is not the meaning as it is, then inference and its appearance, in accomplishing the purpose and following the connection, are established as valid cognition. The distinction of the shape of the jewel residing in the gap of the door, the light of the jewel that does not depend on the distinction of the jewel, and the light of the lamp, although those who are mistaken for padma rāga, although there is no difference between them, but in that case, the difference made by obtaining the jewel, some is definitely there. Likewise, inference and what appears to be inference are also, therefore, valid cognition and one different. Although the jewel is not seen, entering into the light of the lamp with increased attachment to the jewel is seeing. All mistakes are the same.
