I am not separated because of that. Now, it is to eliminate the nature of having faculties and being orderly. Also, it is said, "other" etc. Because of the difference of the disease called insensitivity, the body is pervasive, and the inner and outer faculties of the body will decline. The word "etc." refers to the cause of the decline of the eyes, etc. The abiding support means that the cause of the later continuum is the former continuum. All the faculties are reversed, etc., that is entered in dependence on the body of consciousness. Even in times of insensitivity, etc., even if there are five senses, there is still the mind's intelligence. Following the harm to the support means that when it changes, it is a transformation. In this way, if the support is established, then its reversal is also established. If it is not so, then why does wisdom not arise in the dead body that is separated from closeness? Or why would one doubt that it is because there are no eyes, etc.? That is not the case, even if it is reversed, it is said, etc. That is the support, which means that the mind's consciousness is the support of the senses. Furthermore, the body without faculties, or self or great self, etc., is to generate wisdom in the tips of the hair and nails, etc., in order, and to prevent the constant cause. If that is the case, then the elements are not the support of wisdom, because both the state of having faculties and the state of not having faculties are not possible. If something is not the support of something, then it does not produce it through closeness, for example, the eye is not the consciousness of the ear. As it is said, the elements are also not the support of the mind's intelligence, which refers to the contradiction of pervasiveness. It is also not sudden, which means without cause. If it is without cause, then it is either always there or not there. Without a close cause, the result will not arise, which will be demonstrated in detail below. Therefore, in order to show that wisdom itself is the closeness of wisdom.

Ra. It is said, "The later wisdom will be accomplished," and so on. What is the characteristic of the later wisdom that can be accomplished, and where does the habitual tendency reside? And its essence, that is, its nature, in which previous wisdom does it reside, that is what it is called. "Combination" and so on, the first combination is the subject, the cause, and the second is the result, which is the difference. "Later also" refers to the time of death. "Having mutual following" and so on, for example, the body with senses and consciousness, these two are mutually seed-like, as stated in the Abhidharma. Therefore, the inference that is stated to refute the view that the senses are the basis will be harmed, that is, it will contradict the scriptures. Merely contradicting is considered harmful, but if it is not so, how can the scriptures harm the inference that arises from the power of things? Therefore, because it is a statement that contradicts valid cognition, I think the Blessed One is not a valid cognition. "By the objects that rely on the body" refers to the objects with senses, that is, the place, smell, taste, touch, and so on. "Others" refers to those who cause harm. The action of the body combined with the senses and consciousness should be connected in this way. "Undesirable" refers to the cause of the same kind, and so on. If it is not so, it will fall into the fault of being without a cause, that is, if a sequential result arises from a non-sequential cause, because it does not follow the dharma of the cause, the result will become without a cause. If it becomes without a cause, it will become autonomous, therefore, there will be the fault that others besides the body will also have consciousness. "Any permanent" refers to the Vaisheshika school and others who believe that atoms and so on are in a state of acting in sequence. This shows that, for the time being, that doctrine is also unreasonable, because it contradicts valid cognition. From this point of view, this doctrine that speaks the truth is very inferior. "Gradually from the body" refers to from the body.
