When that is seen, that permanent dharma will not transcend the root consciousness of anyone, and will always become the object to be grasped by the root consciousness. Because for all beings, there is no difference in the nature of permanence. That permanence also has the function of generating permanent knowledge. Therefore, it does not depend on the function of meaning, that is, it does not depend on the function of things like space that have their own characteristics. The object of fabrication refers to being fabricated like a scripture, meaning appearing as images of space and so on. Internal acceptance refers to relying on causes. If asked what it is like, it is the awakening of the habit of discrimination, that is, the awakening of the habit that has been influenced by the beginningless discrimination of space and so on, because the result has already been produced, so it appears. The so-called not depending on the function of meaning, although external objects are empty, it is precisely because it does not depend on the function of external object meaning that there is the result of the word that external objects are empty. Others believe that the so-called not depending on the function of meaning refers to the two forms of the self-nature of meaning being blocked, that is, not depending on the function of meaning is the characteristic of generating images. It is precisely for this reason that the object of fabrication is mentioned. If you want to change, if you do not follow space and so on, even if it is like eyes and so on, for eye consciousness and so on, the self-nature of external space and so on is only the closeness of the master. Therefore, it is said that external objects are empty, and it is also said that external objects becoming the master are also empty. The illusion of space and so on for all beings

The word "existing dharma" is syntactically combined. However, it changes due to the power of symbols. If one does not want the sound to change into another form, but believes that the eternal essence is the same, then the Vedic sounds are that alone. Then, from where does the understanding that "one who can understand the meaning correctly is a Vedic sound" come? Syntactically combine the phrase "from where does the understanding of meaning without error exist?" Why would it not become one who understands the meaning erroneously? If it is desired, then because the Vedic speech such as "fire is the enemy of snow" is correct, it is thought that everything is correct. Therefore, "fire" and so on are mentioned. For example, "fire is snow, the enemy of cold," like that, even in the Vedic speech, fire is able to destroy cold, and even before the Vedic speech, it is shown by being well-known to the world as the symbol is, so all unseen things in the Vedic speech will not become correct in that way either. For the meaning that is widely known in the world, worldly people follow their own symbols. Because the addition of terms is not seen, the world follows whatever symbol is made by its own desire. Afterwards, because terms are added following the symbol, doubt arises. Does this world, following and adhering to its own symbols, understand and ascertain from the statement "fire is the enemy of snow" that fire is able to repel cold? Or is it because the nature of sound exists, because of the certainty of the power of the nature of sound entering, that it is understood in that way? When there is doubt about the fact that the meaning of the Vedic sound itself is visible, and about the ability of the essence to reveal the meaning, it is thought that this is very possible for very hidden things. Even if the Vedic scholars are able to clarify the meaning by following the fame of the worldly people, the fame in the world is the cause of clarifying the ability of how the sounds exist.

If all things are true in meaning because they possess the same nature, then all things will become non-inverted in meaning for the wise. If this is said, then for that reason, "world" and so on are mentioned. If the sounds have changed, then, meaning should be assigned to things as they are conventionally understood. For others, that is, in other places and so on, it has become another form. The so-called other form is that which has changed by giving other meanings. Because of the reason of "appearance," even those wise sounds that are acknowledged by following the fame of the world become other forms, that is, it is possible to become false meanings, because there is no nature that exists as fame itself. Therefore, although some wise sayings, such as "clouds are the enemy of snow," and so on, are seen to be correct, all other wise sayings, such as "those who desire heaven should perform sacrifices," and so on, do not have such a nature, that is, they have not been proven to have true meaning. If it is said that because it is an uncreated nature, the wise sounds are essentially true in meaning, then "those" and so on are mentioned. The so-called "those," that is, the wise sounds, just as they are determined to be true in meaning, some sounds will also be determined to be false in meaning. Because, through reason, the nature cannot be fully understood, so through this way of distinguishing, if the nature of the sound is not determined, then all sounds will become doubtful. For this argument, that is, "wise speech is true in meaning because it is uncreated," if there is no concomitance, then it can be established as true in meaning merely through refutation, which is the view of some. Thus, true meaning and false meaning pervade all, because there is no other form. False meaning also pervades fabrication, and wherever fabrication is distinguished, false meaning will be refuted, therefore, for uncreated wise speech, fabrication will also be refuted, and
