Again, it is supreme. Even so, it should be promised that these meanings of enlightenment should be considered as the cause of knowledge that is not as it is. Because it is transformed by the fault of the person, that is, the fault of the person, such as desire, etc., and it is transformed, and it is only a combination, that is, the meaning of being combined by evil thoughts. For the meanings to be known, with the sounds that can be known, knowledge is confused, knowledge is not reversed, it is not the meaning of generating wrong knowledge. Even in its own nature, it produces wrong knowledge, which is possible. In this way, separated from it, that is, separated from the transformation by the fault of the person, it also produces the distinction of wrong knowledge. Which ones? Lamps and so on are also. The word 'etc.' refers to moonlight and so on. For which meanings? For blue lotuses and so on. Thus, the lamp at night is the cause of the knowledge that the blue lotus appears red, and the moonlight is the cause of the knowledge that the yellow cloth appears white. Therefore, these enlightening sounds that are independent of the combination of the person are changing, and should be connected in this way. In its own nature, that is, the meaning of its own nature, it becomes the cause of negligence. Why? Because it is a distinction of nature, those distinctions of nature are such, only the closeness of nature, becoming the cause of knowledge of its own object, this is the concluding remark. What is it similar to? Those who dispel wrong views also inevitably change, like fire and so on, from which sounds dispel wrong views, there is meaningful understanding, the words should be connected in this way. Thus, thinking that it is not made by a person is meaningless, it should be understood in this way. If these enlightening sounds are those who dispel wrong views, then there is no definite reason, therefore, because there is no definite reason. From the enlightening sounds are those who dispel wrong views, it is unreasonable to speculate in this way, you speculators.

Moreover, if it is said that the sounds of the Vedas are the cause of non-erroneous knowledge, then what reason is there for the certainty of those who are non-erroneous to have "la ba can"? There is none at all. Therefore, just as the meaning of your treatise is, through the certainty of elimination, essentially, by its very nature, why do you not consider it to be the certainty of non-veridical elimination? If you think that it will not become the certainty of erroneous elimination, then, like fire and so on, for things, just as fire and so on are the cause of true and false cognition for pots and so on and blue and so on in order, the sounds of the Vedas are the cause of cognition that is inverted from things and of other things, therefore they will become the cause of cognition of both. In order to eliminate this, "fire" and so on are mentioned. Even if fire and so on are not made by humans, if during the day, for one thing like a pot, it is the cause of veridical cognition, but at night, for all things like blue lotuses, it is not the cause of veridical cognition, but it will also become the cause of non-veridical cognition. If it is said that fire and so on are to be accomplished by human action, so it is human action, then this is not the case, because the appearance of the moon and so on does not depend on human action. Although lamps and so on arise from humans, like sound, they do not clarify things by the power of human will, so they are called non-human-made. Similarly, if it is admitted that the sounds of the Vedas are also non-human-made, then they will become both, that is, they will become the cause of veridical and non-veridical cognition. Mentioning "fire" and so on is for others, because fire and so on are the cause of fabrication, so like conditions, depending on whose cause of confusion is what, for others, for blue lotuses and so on, it is another form, which is called inversion.

It is the cause of wrong knowledge, which is correct. For permanent sounds, it is not the case that wrong knowledge arises from the power of co-operative causes, because permanent things cannot be transformed into other forms by the power of co-operative causes. The phrase "such as this" and so on is to indicate whether the tenets of the schools are well known. The so-called "such form" refers to the dharma that has the characteristic of being transformed into another form in meaning by the power of co-operative action. And the word "also" applies to the expressive sounds as well. Why? Because these sounds also transform into other forms from the power of symbols. Because through the power of symbols that conform to people's desires, other understandings of meaning arise. If it is not because of the power of symbols that they do not transform in meaning, but because they are permanent, the expressive sounds are essentially of the nature of generating wisdom on their own objects. In this case, even if they abide in the nature of producing the fruit of wisdom on their own objects, these expressive sounds depend on symbols and so on, because they are causes that do not need to depend on imputation and so on. And the word "etc." also indicates that there is no need to depend on other actions and so on. If from the expressive sound, all people at all times could understand the meaning, that is, generate wisdom, then all people should have understanding at all times. Therefore, the expressive sounds are not essentially abiding in order to generate understanding of meaning, but rather depend on symbols and so on. If they are also the cause of wrong knowledge, then there would be a fault in this case. Furthermore, if it is thought that sound is not made, that is, contemplated, then sound will not become the cause of wisdom. Why? Because from permanent things, actual ability, that is, the proximate ability of one's own essence, that is, following its compliance and opposition, that is its meaning. Wisdom or other.
