The meaning of 'arising' will be understood. The valid cognition established by others is indeed self-arisen valid cognition, merely by saying this. However, isn't it the case that the word 'established' has not been well connected? Thus, the self-arisen valid cognition should undoubtedly be taken out from the heart. If, for a moment, the word 'established' is taken out from the heart, then it should be distinguished in that way. If it is not taken out from the heart, then when saying 'it is also self-arisen valid cognition,' how should it be determined? Or should it be said 'arising'? Thus it is thought. If the word 'established' is the expression of arising, then it has abandoned the cause of valid cognition arising from elsewhere, because it proclaims that one's own nature is the arising of valid cognition. It is shown that the arisen consciousness is not the cause of the nature of valid cognition, nor is it unborn. For a moment, saying 'not arising,' etc., in the circumstances of arisen and unborn, this is the second phrase of the seventh. There is no distinction to be definitively grasped at the time of the arising of valid cognition and its appearance of self, this should be understood as 'without habituation.' Saying that, it is done by the debater. The treatise is for the purpose of dispelling ignorance, but if self-arisen valid cognition is determined, then there is no ignorance of the object of valid cognition. Harming one's own statement is that when making a definition, with the purity of the definition, valid cognition should be indicated, thus it will be admitted that valid cognition comes from elsewhere. With 'that nature,' etc., it shows that nature, if making a definition, then it should be connected with this. Why make a definition? Because that nature, that is, with the nature of expressing the definition. By others, that is, by what should be understood, in order to make valid cognition known. But this is also unreasonable, if admitting in that way, then it will become the fault of valid cognition being understood from elsewhere. By universally showing without the cause of the meaning of reversal, etc., the cause of the meaning is desire, hatred, etc. By universally showing and speaking without them. Thus it is said: 'The cause of reversal is definite, In men and others variously dwells, Done by men'

Speech should be considered as having the meaning of falsehood. It is not made by Vedic scholars. Therefore, this is valid cognition. This is what is said. If it is thought that merely because it is not made by a person, it excludes it from being valid cognition, rather than establishing it as valid cognition, then it will not become valid cognition either. If it is said that it is impossible to establish both, then, because being contradictory to others is itself valid cognition, since your contradiction to others is also understood through meaning, it will become valid cognition by others. If you want to become self-cognizant, then the debater does not admit self-cognizance either. Moreover, the statement "it is the object" is itself valid cognition, because it is indivisible consciousness, so it becomes self-cognizant, meaning it becomes the nature of everything. However, even if it has become the object, how can it be ascertained like experience? Therefore, for it, direct perception is not valid cognition. Because it gives rise to the subsequent ascertainment of valid cognition, direct perception is valid cognition for the aspects of the object. However, it shows itself through "for the aspects of the object" and so on. If the objects are the same, then what is the cause of certainty for some things? The answer is that even if there is no difference in seeing, it is said that "seeking meaning is wanting to manifest it itself" and so on. Habituation is seeing repeatedly. The occasion is the situation. The word "etc." refers to the meaning of not being confused there, other things that are close, and places and times that correspond there, and so on. Through terminology is valid cognition. It should be understood as before entering. From the treatise that has the characteristic of showing the Dharma that is close to correct knowledge, it refers to what is the Dharma that is close to showing correct knowledge, the nature of showing that characteristic, where that treatise exists, and thus combines the words. Or, it shows the Dharma that is close to correct knowledge, the correct and non-inverted Dharma. The remainder is the same as before. Valid cognition is extremely famous, etc., saying: valid cognition and terminology, etc., what is done by it is extremely

It is said that the necessity of explaining the definition of valid cognition is not understood. Thus it was said. The clarifier of the meaning of not understanding, etc. The other second definition, because of worldly speech, this is one, this is another second way, thus it was said. Or, the so-called "no other," this shows pervasiveness. The other second definition is also not something that can be done, because for the object that is not pervaded by this, other definitions will intervene. Because this itself pervades the two valid cognitions. Therefore, this will show that this is the common second definition. The way of explaining the meaning of not understanding is the reality of things. That and that, refers to the valid cognition itself that has the characteristic of clarifying the meaning of not understanding. If it is enough to just say "clarifying not understanding," why use the word "meaning"? The answer is, it was said, "Speaking of meaning." The so-called "that not understanding" refers to the second moon, etc. Because that is not meaning, the so-called "because that is not meaning," meaning is being able to function, but the second moon, etc., is not the function to be proven. The so-called "having the opposite object" refers to having the object of non-existence. The so-called "through functioning," clarifies the existence and non-existence of the meaning of not understanding, therefore, the meaning of the word meaning of clarifying the meaning of not understanding is what is intended to be shown, this will be shown. The so-called "commonality not grasped by direct perception" refers to connecting after placing different commonalities in the mind. The so-called "returning from that and that" shows the return for all things that are not of that kind. The so-called "having the object of seeing all differences as they are" refers to having the object of one's own characteristic that is truly determined by direct perception, because it is describing that. This explains that there is no external commonality. It was said that even if the commonality is admitted, it is not understood, etc. The so-called "impermanence of the nature of sound," it is said like this, temporarily sound as the subject, should be recognized by direct perception. If it is not like that, the basis of not being established
